Michael Hall's company during the 1980's were constructing office parks with condo units for sale or lease while also building and retaining retail shopping centers. As the company grew Michael's nephew J.C. Hall joined the company in 1987. To better manage the operations of their growing assets in 1997 MTH Management was created... To date MTH has developed 9 office parks in Northern Virginia with over 50 campus-style office buildings and 12 shopping centers in Virginia and West Virginia. Currently, a new retail/office park in Gainesville is in the works, along with a new retail park zoned C2 in Fredericksburg, Virginia on Old Salem Church Road. One building will be 9,000 sq ft and the other will be 6,000 sq ft. These brand-new buildings will be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2026.
