Established in April 1976, the Modular Construction Company, Inc., was formed to bring it's customers a diverse line of quality offshore housings, control buildings and design built commercial and industrial buildings. We are located in St. Martinville, in the south central gulf coast region of Louisiana. Utilizing our experience in the field as a design build contractor for marine commercial and industrial entities, Modular takes pride in being able to solve any problems that may arise with a project from beginning to completion... Modular has built steel, fiberglass, aluminum and sheetmetal quarters to USCG, SOLAS and MODU approved specifications as well as normal industry standards with equal success.
