Robert Peluso

Robert Peluso is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury and workers' compensation. A native of Nutley, New Jersey, he is a graduate of Rutgers University, New Brunswick (B.A., 1989) and Seton Hall University School of Law (J.D., 1993). Mr. Peluso was admitted to the practice of law in New Jersey in 1993. He clerked for the Honorable John J. Grossi, Jr., of the Hudson County Superior Court. Mr. Peluso has successfully handled cases ranging from complex products liability actions, medical malpractice cases, trucking accidents, car accidents, amusement park accidents, industrial and construction site accidents, motorcycle accidents, injuries occurring on airplanes, and workers' compensation cases. He is a past Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association. He is also an avid skier, motorcyclist and mountain biker and is also fluent in Italian and Spanish.

W. Scott Murphy

W. Scott Murphy is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice in the areas of plaintiffs' personal injury and criminal defense. A native of Wayne, New Jersey, he is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park (B.S., Finance, 1989) and Seton Hall University School of Law, Newark (J.D., 1992). Mr. Murphy is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the Hudson County Bar Association (Member, Civil Practice Committee) and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
