Brian R. Gallagher

Brian R. Gallagher graduated from Miami University in Oxford, OH in 2007 with a B.A. in Political Science and a Minor in Economics. He attended Wayne State University Law School, where he was active in the Student Trial Advocacy Program and Mock Trial. Brian received his J.D. in May 2015. During law school, Brian gained valuable experience while interning for the Honorable Maria L. Oxholm in Wayne County Third Circuit Court. While attending Detroit Catholic Central High School, Mr. Gallagher helped win two Michigan High School Football State Championships. Brian is a member of the Shamrock Bar Association. In his free time, Brian enjoys golf, shooting sporting clays and boating.

Daniel J. Fleming

Daniel J. Fleming graduated from Michigan State University in 1982 with High Honors, and from Wayne State University Law School in 1985. Dan has extensive experience litigating personal injury and property claims in state and federal courts. His areas of legal concentration include automobile negligence, slip and falls, and insurance fraud claims involving PIP, property damage, fire loss, theft, and water damage. Dan is Martindale Hubbell AV rated by his peers and the Judiciary, which is the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standing. Dan enjoys a good golf or basketball game and has recently developed an interest in yoga. Lastly, but most importantly, Dan is the proud father of three young adults and enjoys hanging out with his kids, as much as they will let him.

Richard E. Moblo

Richard E. Moblo is a 1978 graduate with Honors from James Madison College at Michigan State University. He is a 1981 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. Rick has had an active trial practice in Michigan since November 1981. He has extensive experience in a wide range of personal and commercial litigation areas with a special concentration in automobile negligence, personal protection insurance (PIP), premises liability, and insurance coverage. Rick has been a guest speaker at a number of bar associations and professional organizations including no-fault seminars for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Outside of building and maintaining an active and busy law firm with his partners, Rick has enjoyed many outdoor activities over the years, such as hiking and skiing out West, scuba diving and playing golf. He is also an avid and passionate fan of his alma mater, the Michigan State Spartans.
