Dr. Allen Conrad was born in Philadelphia, PA, a graduate of Father Judge High School in 1991. He attended Millersville University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.S.) with a minor in Chemistry in 1996. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree (D.C.) in 2000. Dr. Allen Conrad accepts many health insurances as an In-Network provider. These include Personal Choice PPO, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield PPO, and Aetna HMO/PPO. Dr. Conrad also has been helping patients with Worker's Comp. and Auto accident/ whiplash injuries for over 23 years.
