An Vo, M.D., is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in cornea, cataract, and anterior segment surgery. She is a Philadelphia native and graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Vo earned her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College and completed her ophthalmology residency as Chief Resident at New York Medical College/Jamaica Hospital Medical Center. She is fellowship trained in cornea, refractive, and external diseases at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai where she was involved in active clinical trials and resident teaching. Dr. Vo specializes in the medical and surgical treatment of corneal diseases with a special interest in dry eye, blepharitis, and ocular surface disease.

Dr. Georgia Crozier

Dr. Georgia Crozier is an optometrist, low vision specialist, and the Chief Medical Officer of Moore's Low Vision Rehabilitation Center. She was the first optometrist selected by the federal government to receive a Masters of Science in Vision Rehabilitation. Dr. Crozier has lectured extensively and is a facilitator for low vision support groups. She is Pennsylvania's primary consultant for visually impaired students and the Veterans Administration's primary consultant for visually impaired, homebound veterans. Dr. Crozier lectures frequently on the subject of low vision rehabilitation and training and is available for presentations to retirement communities, veterans groups, and organizations for the blind. She is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. Locations: Dr. Georgia Crozier sees patients in Moore Eye Institute's Springfield and Paoli offices. Dr. Kelly Williamson

Dr. Kelly Williamson is a board certified comprehensive ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery and the treatment of glaucoma and dry eye disease. Prior to joining Moore Eye Institute, she served as Residency Program Director for the Department of Ophthalmology at Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Williamson earned her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine and her undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of Notre Dame. See Full Bio

Dr. Kenneth Heist

Dr. Kenneth Heist is one of the few physicians in the United States dually board-certified in family medicine and ophthalmology. He is experienced in comprehensive ophthalmology and specializes in cataracts and corneal disease. Dr. Heist graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he also completed both medical residencies. He completed his internship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Heist spent 15 years in private practice before becoming Director of the Ophthalmology Residency Program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a proficient diagnostician and leader in the holistic approach and serves as Director of Residency Education at Moore Eye Institute.

Dr. Richard Brilliant

Dr. Richard Brilliant, Emeritus Director of the Vision Rehabilitation Center at Moore Eye Institute, is recognized as one of the world's finest low vision specialists. An avid innovator, he has designed and developed hundreds of the best low vision devices. For nearly thirty years, Dr. Brilliant has been involved in clinical investigations for low vision manufacturers. In addition to lecturing throughout the world, he published countless articles and authored a popular optometry textbook. Dr. Brilliant is also the only optometrist on the Board of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Dr. Shyam Kodati

Shyam Kodati, M.D., F.R.C.S., FRCOphth is a fellowship-trained medical retina and uveitis specialist with expertise in macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal vascular disease. Internationally acclaimed for deep clinical acumen, an avidity for teaching young physicians, and excellent patient rapport, Dr. Kodati lectures widely on the latest developments in the management of diabetic retinopathy. In 2005, he was selected to deliver the keynote Siva Reddy Memorial Gold Medal Oration address at a symposium in honor of India's most esteemed cataract surgeon. Dr. Kodati established important medical retina and uveitis services for three separate hospitals in the United Kingdom. He completed fellowship training in ocular oncology at Princess Margaret Hospital, University of Toronto and ophthalmology residencies at Kent County Ophthalmic Hospital and Kings College Hospital in the U.K. He completed his internship at Osmania General Hospital and earned his medical degree at Osmania Medical College in India.

As far back as 1988, Dr. Ginsburg has been involved in many research projects and articles, primarily in the introduction of several new technologies in Pennsylvania. He has authored many papers and offerings such as Focal Points: Diabetic Retinopathy: Classification, Progression and Management for the American Academy of Ophthalmology; and Revealing Retina - What All Physicians Should Know for the American Society of Retina Specialists. He served as the National Council Vice-Chairman of the American Medical Association Ophthalmology Section, representing all major ophthalmology organizations and served as the regional President of the American Diabetes Association. He has received countless awards and in 2006, was chosen as National Physician of the Year by the National Republican Congressional Committee's Physician Advisory Board. Dr. Leonard Ginsburg is Chairman of Moore Eye Institute, Chairman of the Ophthalmology Residency Program at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and former Clinical Chief of the Department of Ophthalmology at Drexel University College of Medicine. For more than 20 years, he was one of the only retina specialists in the United States also to be certified as a Diabetes Educator. Throughout his career, Dr. Ginsburg has been instrumental in introducing innovative technologies, has been involved in many research projects, and has authored numerous articles. He founded Moore Eye Institute which has grown into one of the largest multispecialty eye care institutions in the Philadelphia region. Dr. Ginsburg is well known for his work in diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, healthcare compliance, and the links between religion and medicine, often speaking and writing on these topics domestically and abroad. Dr. Ginsburg is the founder and Chief Medical Officer of Dynamic Health Records/DHRpro. After working with electronic medical records, Dr. Ginsburg realized that they often create a barrier between physicians and patients. For several years, he worked with a team of physicians and industry leaders to develop a solution that will help all doctors, not just eye doctors. This solution harnesses the power of technology to synthesize all aspects of the patient's medical condition into one actionable dashboard; thus, enabling improved care and reduced medical errors while helping doctors meet all regulations.
