Frank P. Morabito - Founder, President

Job Titles:

  • Member of the LEADERSHIP Team
  • President
Frank, the founder and president of Morabito Consultants, credits his success to the support of his wife Sandra and the early knowledge and encouragement provided by his father, John Morabito. John taught his sons the value of hard work from a young age as well as the basics of construction. That early, hands-on building experience has given Frank an intuitive sense for appropriate design solutions and allows him to visualize architectural concepts quickly and develop workable solutions that maintain the vision of the project designers. Frank received his BS and MS degrees from University of Maryland and is a registered structural engineer in 24 states and the District of Columbia. He's well versed in structural materials including cast-in-place and precast concrete, wood, structural steel, lightgage steel, masonry and carbon fiber reinforcement. Reflecting on his more than three decades in the industry, Frank notes that the people are what make the job so rewarding. Whether he's helping a prospective buyer resolve a problem before purchasing a home or providing an architect with the creative solution to make a dream design a reality, Frank values relationship building. His interest in people is reflected in his favorite project, the remediation of Dolphin Towers Condominium in Florida after its structural failure. Morabito Consultants provided creative concrete analysis and design that saved the homeowners millions of dollars and helped them return home safely and efficiently. Frank is married with two sons and three cats.
