Monitor WA is a small, local business that employs a team of engineers, R&D and sales specialists that is headed up by Dave Ritchie. Dave was previously the long-serving state manager prior to acquiring the business with his wife Debra back in 2003. It is now 100% owned and operated by now-Director Dave Ritchie and Director-Secretary Debra Ritchie... Monitor WA supplies access control and ID management to a number of government departments, agencies and institutions. We recognise the high need for restriction across both digital and physical government premises, and we pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art security and ID tech solutions... Monitor WA have provided SmartRider cards to every eligible Western Australia student since the system was implemented back in 2004.
