Carley Fitzpatrick

As a current student of Business Administration, Carley is working on completing her Bachelor degree at Simon Fraser University in 2010. Her focus during her degree has been on Human Resource Management and International Business. During the past four years she has completed courses which include business communication, commercial law, marketing, business ethics, and leadership. At Monimos Equities and Developmentss her skills and knowledge are utilized in the roles of sales and marketing. Her future goals including obtaining her Masters in Business as well continuing her growth as both a professional and individual. Throughout her career Carley has developed interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, has obtained organizational and administrative experience as well as leadership and problem solving capabilities and has the ability to work well in teams, as well as on her own. As a protégé Carley has begun to develop her skills in the real estate industry and is working towards obtaining her real estate license. In addition to her professional and academic experience, Carley also brings her volunteer experience to the Monimos team which has including formal training in team building, diversity awareness, professional motivation and team leadership. In her free time Carley enjoys playing softball, taking voice lessons, jogging, going to the gym, boating, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Chris Fitzpatrick - CEO

As a developer and realtor since 1978 Chris brings his years of experience to the Monimos team as the founder and President. Throughout his 32 years in the business he has developed, built, and sold numerous properties throughout the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. Examples of these projects include, but are not limited to a 70 lot subdivision in Nanaimo (2008-2010), 18 lots in Fraser Heights, 23 lots in Fleetwood, 12 lots in Bear Creek, and The Corvette Tower in Esquimalt (2008-2009). Currently, he is working on developments such as The Legion High-rise Tower in Esquimalt, a 7 lot subdivision in North Surrey and three duplexes in Sooke. Although Chris has been able to garner significant success in this industry, it does not mean that he is solely focused on ‘closing the deal'. Chris is an avid skier and is a level two ski instructor. He enjoys giving lessons in the winter season and uses this time to help maintain his health and fitness. He also enjoys softball, boating along the beautiful B.C. coast, playing guitar and being with friends and family. He is especially proud of his two children who are currently attending Simon Fraser University.

Lisa Edwards - CCO

Robert Schmidt - COO

With a background in the oil field and as a Certified Power Engineer, Robert brings his extensive skills working in safety, quality control, and proactive preventative maintenance to the Monimos team. During his years working with Syncrude Canada, Robert worked in process operations where they produced in excess of 200,000 barrels of oil per day. Critical path training was essential as the operations were responsible for identifying and exposing potential interdependencies that could impact safety of staff and the facilities. Throughout his career Robert has held firm to the belief in being proactive and his belief in being responsible with the environment. Robert is also a journeyman plumber and a certified gasfitter. Robert holds a valid real estate license in both British Columbia and Alberta. As vice-president of Monimos Robert is responsible for the daily operations of Monimos and wears the hat of Chief Operations Officer. Robert has been involved with project development on Vancouver Island for the past few years where he has managed to coordinate and implement investment strategies and the associated documentation to create the rezoning of lands, which will eventually be a 14-story tower with a build budget of $30 million.
