In 1993, Andy founded Mountain Plain Homes and in 1996 sold his interests in Bailco, Inc. to continue the new company's focus exclusively on community development and the construction of exquisite custom, semi-custom, and upscale low maintenance homes. Since its inception, Mountain Plain Homes has built dozens of homes in several of Denver Metro Area's highest profile communities, from Dove Hill in Arapahoe County to Castle Oaks and Ponderosa Summit in Douglas County. The firm has also been retained by dozens of clients to build exclusive custom homes on privately owned lots.
