Mr. Ashok Singh is manages the installation and successful commissioning of our products at our customer's sites. Mr. Singh has worked with Mogra Engineering for over 10 years.

Mr. BR Sharma is responsible for maintaining manufacturing quality at the factory, monitoring our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvements. Mr. Sharma has worked with Mogra Engineering for over 10 years.

Mr. Sanjay Durgawale is responsible for pursuing new business opportunities in order to generate revenue and help the business grow. Mr. Durgawale has worked with Mogra Engineering for over 20 years in several different roles.
Mr. Mitra is the Founder and Managing Director of Mogra Engineering. He started his career at Ordnance Factory (Ambajhari) and later also worked in the Ordnance Factory (Ambarnath) and Vehicle Factory (Jabalpur). He joined Advani Oerlikon (currently Ador Welding) in 1974 where he led the design of welding manipulators. In 1977, he travelled to Russia and then to Germany to identify collaboration opportunities with leading players, as a result of which he is now credited as one of the pioneers in this field in India. Recognizing a need in the market for a specialized manufacturer of welding automation products, Mr. Mitra founded VNK Engineers in circa 1989, which was later renamed to Mogra Engineering in 1998. Mr. Mitra is fluent in several Indian languages - Bengali, Hindi, Punjabi, Sindhi and Marathi. He is a Member of the Institution of Engineers (MIE) India.

Mr. Yogesh Pawar is responsible for overseeing the team of CAD engineers throughout the design and planning process. Mr. Pawar has worked with Mogra Engineering for over 10 years.
Mrs. Alka Naik is responsible for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting data and information. Mrs. Naik has worked with Mogra Engineering for over 15 years.
