Brian Yager stepped into the General Manager position at Munson Lakes Nutrition on June 6, 2022. Brian previously served as the Interim General Manager at Munson Lakes and has held roles of Operating Officer, HACCP Feed/Safety Coordinator, Credit Manager and VFD Compliance Officer.

Dale graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Animal Science. In 1979, he was hired by Glencoe Cooperative to be the Feed Manager and Regional Dairy Specialist. In 2001, the Board of Glencoe Cooperative hired Dale as General Manager and he also became Secretary on the Munson Lakes Nutrition Board of Directors. Dale is married and has 3 children and 9 grandkids.
Jim took the role of President of the Munson Lakes Nutrition Board in January 2019. He is an employee of Land O' Lakes and is the Upper Mid-West and Great lakes Region Director for Purina Animal Nutrition's feed business. Jim has been in the Animal Feed business with Land O' Lakes, serving in many sales and management roles, since 1980. He grew up in Northwest Ohio and graduated from Ohio State University. Jim resides in Greenfield, Indiana.

Mark has over 25 year of experience with grain and feed ingredient procurement. His knowledge in the agricultural commodity market and product procurement keeps our team informed of market volatility. This experience allows for Munson Lakes Nutrition to make the best pricing decisions to meet your operation's needs. Mark's passion for his work shows and makes him a valued member of the MLN family.
Mark is currently serving as Secretary of the Glencoe Co-op Association Board and serves as Vice President on the Munson Lakes Nutrition Board. He enjoys serving on the board in the interest of the patrons. With his wife Patti and their four children, the Mickolicheck family operate a farm north of Silver Lake, MN, including 600 acres of corn, soybeans, and alfalfa, as well as 300 feeder cattle and beef cows.

He began his career with Apex Oil Company in St. Louis, MO. From there he spent 12 years with Ralston Purina Company in St Louis and then 11 years with Frito-Lay in various high-level management & sales positions based in Minneapolis, MN. He was recruited to lead sales and operations at Tree of Life based in St. Augustine, FL. Tree of Life is a distributor of Natural and Organic products. Mike joined the Co-op from Schwan Home Service based in Marshall, MN, where he managed $1B in revenue and services to over 1.8 million customers in 48 states. He is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia with a BSBA-Finance.
Sue has over 25 years in accounting experience and leads our finance/reporting side of the business. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures we are following GAAP which leads to reporting accuracy and keeps us within our financial guiderails. Throughout Sue's career at Munson Lakes Nutrition, Sue has gained valuable experience in feed manufacturing and agricultural accounting. She can be trusted to serve all of MLN financial needs.
As a U of M grad, former state employee, and dairy farm kid, Ted holds strong ties to the State of Minnesota. He is passionate about cattle and putting the farmer first. Ted has found a home managing the MLN sales team and is versatile in the commodities market and customer relations. You can rest assured that your animal nutrition needs are Ted's #1 priority.
