Over the past two decades, Mosaic principal John Onderdonk's work as an architect has become increasingly exciting, challenging and rewarding.
Money for capital expenditures is scarce in many fields, but planners and educators are increasingly seeing the long-term value of stronger, safer, technically efficient, and yes, inspiring, buildings. Onderdonk has been privileged to design educational buildings that bring the forces of nature and technology together to create elegant, efficient, comfortable buildings that support great thinking and conserve valuable resources.
John serves on the Board of Directors (and the Facilities Committee) for the Saratoga Arts Council/Arts Center and the Advocacy Committee for the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation, where he is a past executive board member. He promotes a cyclocross bike race in Saratoga each fall benefiting the ALS Association and Melanoma Research Foundation.
