Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. acquired the assets of National Assessment Corporation (NAC) via the acquisition of LandAmerica Assessment Corporation in March of 2009. National Assessment Corporation was a national leader in real estate environmental and engineering due diligence prior to their acquisition by LandAmerica Assessment Corporation. National Assessment Corporation provided Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Reports, Property Condition Assessments and Probable Maximum Loss Reports.
