Born and raised in mid-Michigan. At an early age he developed a fondness to all things mechanical and engineered, which later developed into a passion for both buildings and classic cars. Learning the construction and makeup of each from his father and grandfather, the road to a Professional Engineer seemed inevitable. After receiving his degree from The Milwaukee School of Engineering in Wisconsin, Ian traded in the snowy winters of the north for over 200 days of sunshine in the San Antonio area to start his engineering career. Under the guidance of two of the area's top engineers, Ian became fully developed as a designer, engineer and project manager.
After successfully managing a number of projects and being part of MS2's Board of Directors, Ian was named President for MS2, Inc. Consulting Engineers at the beginning of 2016. With his solid foundation and a fresh vision for the future of the firm, Ian looks to expand on the over 21 years of outstanding reputation that MS2 has, as one of the areas preferred M.E.P. Engineers.
As President, Ian will provide the leadership, vision and direction needed to maintain MS2's reputation among our current clients as well as propel them into the forefront of potential clients.
