Michael has had 30+ years experience in senior real estate management, commencing in country New South Wales in agency and professional practice in addition to substantial periods in Sydney, some as a director of an International Real Estate organisation. Michael, for 3+ years, was the General Manager for Tallwood's Village, near Forster NSW, a $200 million residential golfing estate that encompassed Torrens, Strata and Community Title developments. With considerable Tourism, Real Estate and Development experience, Michael has been further involved in developments in the Sydney CBD precinct, Kogarah, Blacktown, Parramatta, Chatswood, Orange, Bathurst Dubbo and numerous other locations throughout both NSW and QLD, where he lived and worked for a number of years. Michael currently specialises in the creation and sale of Motels, manufactured Home estates, Caravan Parks, Management Rights and licensed premises as well as adding value to all forms of property. This is done either as a Consultant for example on the $50 million Kiama Blue Development, or the termination of Radisson and the installation of Sebel at Manly Beach, NSW. These skills compliment the more traditional roles as agent for a number of NSW, Australian and International vendors.
