Allen Clark is a Project Manager at Mr. Rehab, with responsibilities that include pre-emptive site investigation, cost estimating, project coordination, management, and supervision.
Allen began his career in the sewer industry in 2006, lining lateral and mainline pipes and performing CCTV inspections and manhole rehabilitation for Mr. Rehab.
Through the National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO), Allen is PACP-certified (Pipeline Assessment Certification Program), LACP-certified (Lateral Assessment Certification Program), and MACP-certified (Manhole Assessment Certification Program).
Allen says his primary focus as a project manager is to always take care of the customer.
A native of Hershey, Pennsylvania, Allen has two children with his wife Erica. In his spare time, he enjoys DJ-ing and producing electronic music.

Arthur Fad is the Media Coordinator for Mr. Rehab. His responsibilities include creating tracking spreadsheets for work completed and putting together the report and video deliverables for Mr. Rehab's clients. He also receives and catalogs the variety of CCTV videos, photos, and documentation that Mr. Rehab's field technicians produce.
Bryan Seeger joined the team at Mr. Rehab in August of 2003.
His areas of expertise include TV work, cleaning, and CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) lining. He has earned numerous industry certifications and licenses.
He is from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and says one of his favorite things about working at Mr. Rehab is the opportunity to work in different places.

Carlos Nava is a TV-Cutter Technician at Mr. Rehab.
Dave Love joined the Mr. Rehab team in 2020 and has over 30 years' experience in underground utility construction specializing in Sewer and Waterline construction and maintenance.
Dave's current responsibilities include the estimation, coordination, and management of rehabilitation projects, including CIPP pipelining operations, CCTV Inspection, and Manhole Rehabilitation.
Dave says one of the greatest things about working at Mr. Rehab is the people he works with. "Throughout my career these are the best people I have ever worked with and worked for, the level of honesty, integrity, and dedication to our customers is unmatched in this industry. I look forward to going to work every day"
Dave was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Along with his better half Ann, he has three grown children and five grandchildren. Dave enjoys spending time with his family along with hunting, fishing, and riding ATV's in the mountains at his hunting cabin in beautiful Perry County, PA.
Doug has been working at Mr. Rehab since April of 2022 as a field technician and operator. He has over 15 years of experience in sewer systems with areas of expertise including inspections, cleaning, locating, and mapping. Doug has numerous certifications such as CDL Class B Hazmat/Tanker, NASSCO (PACP, MACP, LACP), confined space, OSHA 10, E4 wastewater and MS4 Stormwater, and ArcGIS field maps. Doug enjoys the variety of locations and project types that he gets to work on at Mr. Rehab and has a great rapport with his coworkers.
Doug is from Harrisburg, PA and in his spare time enjoys riding his Harley and is an active member of many clubs including Sons of the American Legion, The American Legion Riders, and Patriot Guard Riders of Pennsylvania. He loves computers and all things tech. His personal quotes are "There isn't a buried manhole I couldn't find", "Divining Rods - They work if you believe in magic", and "I don't get older, I level up".
President Jim Clark founded Mr. Rehab on March 1, 2000. As principal in charge, Jim is responsible for all aspects of the company, including administration, business development, and oversight of all operations.

James Joines is a TV-Cutter Technician at Mr. Rehab.

Jason Mullen is a Project Manager at Mr. Rehab, having joined the company in 2012.
With 15 years of experience in sewer rehabilitation, his job included 6-inch to 60-inch mainline pipe lining, manhole rehabilitation, and CCTV/sewer cleaning.
After accepting a role in management, Jason is involved in Pre-Bid jobsite analysis, Estimating, and Project Management of those jobs.
Jason holds numerous industry certifications and licenses, including a Pennsylvania State Inspection License (Class 7).
Prior to joining Mr. Rehab, he was a diesel mechanic and worked for four years in a steel foundry/machine shop.
In his spare time, Jason likes to hunt, go camping, and pitch horseshoes. A resident of New Germantown, Pennsylvania, he is married with three sons and three dogs.
Performing duties operating TV and grout rigs, Jason Tressler is a Crew Lead for Mr. Rehab. He has nearly two decades of experience in the sewer rehabilitation industry and joined Mr. Rehab in 2010.
Among his industry certifications is Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response, HAZWOPER.
Being able to work outside is what Jason enjoys most about Mr. Rehab.
Jen Crum has been with Mr. Rehab a few years now as the Administrative Operations Specialist with responsibilities consisting of first point of contact for customers, payroll, accounting, Human Resources/recruitment, fleet management/compliance, safety/training, along with a variety of other administrative responsibilities.
Jen has over 35 years in an administrative role, with experience working for a local plumbing company for 6 years, then moving onto County government for 26 years. She is a registered Notary with the State of Pennsylvania, PAN Notary membership, has a leadership certification and numerous other administrative certifications.

Jim Deets began working for Mr. Rehab in 2003 and learned the business from the bottom up. Today he has expertise with several aspects of sewer rehabilitation such as CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) repairs, TV inspection, manhole rehabilitation, smoke testing, and dye testing. He has earned several industry certifications and licenses.
About his job, Jim says, "It's hard work, it's challenging work. Every site is different, every job is different. Every day is a new challenge and a new adventure." Jim enjoys his coworkers and likens it to a "brotherhood."
Jim plays softball in his spare time and is a big-time movie buff. He also enjoys spending time with his daughter.
Joe Mullen is Crew Leader with a decade of experience in the sewer industry. He has been with Mr. Rehab since November of 2012.
Joe's areas of expertise include small-bore mainline lining operations, T-lining and lateral lining, point repairs and stubby lining, grouting, and TV/cleaner operations.
He is a licensed LMK Technologies technician and has earned several other certifications. Prior to joining Mr. Rehab he worked as an automobile technician.
Joe and his family live in Shermans Dale, Pennsylvania. In his spare time he likes to hunt, camp, fabricate, and spend time with his wife and children.
Josh Diaz is a Jet Vac Truck Operator at Mr. Rehab.
Karen Losch has been part of the Mr. Rehab team since May of 2003. As Administration Manager, her responsibilities include accounting, payroll, customer relations, setting up jobs, proposals, and much more. She is also a registered Notary Public.
Karen's experience working in the sewer maintenance field spans more than three decades. She is a member of the Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
When asked about her most memorable moment working at Mr. Rehab Karen replied, "I'll never forget when Jim [Mr. Rehab's president and founder] got our first big contract. He did a big celebration show of jumping up and down."
She has two children and enjoys reading, quilting, and her grandchildren.

Karl Kramer came to Mr. Rehab in 2011.
He is a Field Technician/Operator, providing the opportunity to assist with CCTV inspections, manhole rehabilitation, grouting operations, and sewer cleaning. He holds several industry certifications and licenses.
Prior to joining Mr. Rehab, Karl's' background included masonry and papermaking.
In his spare time, Karl enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and traveling. He's married with two sons and a grandchild.
The Dillsburg, Pennsylvania resident says his favorite parts of the job at Mr. Rehab are the people he works with and the opportunity to deal with customers and the public.
He also claims: "If I can't make you laugh, then you ain't breathing."

Larry Mullen is Mr. Rehab's Fleet Manager, having joined the team in January of 2012. His areas of expertise include mechanical and electrical diagnosis of all of Mr. Rehab's equipment and repairs for auto, trucks, construction, rehabilitation equipment, and the fabrication of specialized equipment to perform unique tasks.
Larry has earned numerous sewer industry licenses and certifications, and has completed factory training with several equipment manufacturers, including John Deere, GEHL, Bobcat, Ingersoll-Rand, IHI, Atlas Copco Compressors & Generators, New Holland, Razorback Power Trowels, Bosch Fuel Systems, Ford Power Stroke, and Isuzu-GM Diesel.
Larry grew up working on a dairy farm where he learned to operate and repair different equipment. After his family sold the farm, he moved on to repairing construction equipment as a fleet technician until finally settling into the sewer business.
In his spare time Larry enjoys hunting, fishing, and camping.
Nick Rhoads is a Crew Leader, CCTV Operator, and Cutter Operator at Mr. Rehab.
Bob Checchia joined the Mr. Rehab team in 2009 and has more than three decades of experience in the construction industry.
Bob's first 15 years of experience was in pipe installation and asphalt and concrete application. He has spent the last 25 years working in the trenchless technology and infrastructure rehab industry.
Bob has more than 22 years of expertise installing CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) liners and four years with HDPE Fold-and-Form Liners. He also spent five-plus years in manhole rehab, applying cement and epoxy lining.
A native of New York City, Bob has three sons and seven grandchildren. He enjoys acting in community theater (check out this story here!) and has a Lab/Border Collie rescue named Stella.

Shane Winters is an operator and field assistant with Mr. Rehab's pipe lining crew, having joined the team in 2012. He is confined space trained and has a CDL Class B license.
In his spare time, Shane says, "I do it all!" That includes being a heavy machinist, motorcycle enthusiast, builder, fabricator, artist, and musician.
He's also a husband, dad, and dog-owner.

Travis is a field technician at Mr. Rehab. He has over 3 years of experience in the field and his background is in climbing pipes. He enjoys the family atmosphere he shares with his fellow coworkers at Mr. Rehab.
Travis is from Elizabethville, PA and in his spare time he likes to hunt, go camping, and go fishing. He has 3 children, two boys and a girl.
Wes Logan is a second-generation sewer man. He started at Mr. Rehab in 2008 as an assistant, then moved up through the ranks to become a TV operator and today performs as a Crew Leader for Mr. Rehab.
Wes's areas of expertise include pipe lining (both small and large diameter), bypass pumping, TV inspection, CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) spot repairs, lateral reinstatement, pipe cleaning, and Vac-A-Tee® installations.
