Before starting MPS, Courtney ran the accounting and finance division of a national executive search firm. Courtney also holds a Certified Internet Recruiter certification through AIRS, a California Accredited Consultant certification through California Staffing Professionals, achieving the highest score in Northern California, and a Professional of Human Resources certification through the HRCI as well as her SHRM-CP certification through the Society of Human Resource Management. She is an active member of NCHRA and many financial networking organizations as well as the Silicon Valley chapter of the California Staffing Professionals.
