Brian works to develop new business relationships and provides strategic guidance to employers on their medical, dental, life and disability insurance plans and benefit administration solutions. He has extensive knowledge of benefit planning, funding strategies, administration, and claims. His background, combined with OneDigital's game-changing industry innovation, can transform the benefit experience for both organizations and their employees. Brian earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.

Donna joined MountainOne Insurance in 2002 and has over 30 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance. As Senior Vice President of Commercial Lines, Donna oversees Personal and Commercial Insurance Operations. She is a Licensed Insurance Broker and maintains her Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Insurance Services Representative, and Certified Risk Manager designations. In the community, Donna serves as on the Project Committee for the local PEO International, Chapter T, in Pittsfield. She also serves on the MountainOne Community Engagement Task Force.
Eric joined MountainOne Insurance in 2015 and has over 15 years of bonding and finance experience. As Vice President & Bonding Manager he is responsible for working with existing commercial clients to get the most out of their surety relationships and for growing the company's influence throughout New England. Prior to joining MountainOne Insurance, Eric served as a Surety Account Executive and Bond Underwriter in Boston, MA where advised and assessed the risk of some of the largest construction entities in the country. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University in Waltham, MA. He is actively involved in the community and participated in the 2016 Berkshire Leadership Program.
Erik joined MountainOne Bank in 2018 and has over 8 years of banking experience. He is responsible for customer and deposit growth, operations, training staff on building relationships, and community engagement. Erik is a Board Member of Child Care of the Berkshires and is a member of the North Adams Rotary Club.

Grace joined MountainOne Insurance in 1976, and is a Licensed Insurance Broker. She serves as Vice President of Agency Administration & Customer Service. She has also served for over 15 years in MountainOne Insurance's highly specialized Bonding Department, and provides service to many of the Agency's large construction clients. Grace also oversees the Claims Department, putting her years of specialized knowledge to work on behalf of MountainOne Insurance clients. In the community, she has participated on the Berkshire United Way's Allocation Committee and is a past corporator of the MCLA Foundation Board. She is also a member of the MountainOne Cares Committee.

He obtained his Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of Management. In the community, Jonathan serves as Vice President for Congregation Knesset Israel and Board Member for 1Berkshire and the Pittsfield Economic Development Authority (PEDA). He is a member of the MBA Advisory Board for the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Jonathan is a lifelong musician and performs on guitar, banjo and piano.
