Aaron Lambson, OD, is an Arizona eye doctor at Nationwide Vision in Apache Junction. He moved to Chandler, AZ in 1992 but grew up in northern California. Dr. Lambson graduated with a Doctor of Optometry from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 2009 and has been practicing primary care optometry in Arizona ever since.

Annie Hao, OD, is a pediatric optometrist in Phoenix, Arizona with Nationwide Vision. During her last year at Southern College of Optometry pursuing her doctorate of optometry, she held a leadership position for Fellowship of Christian Optometrist Club and was the recipient of the Optometric Extension Program Foundation Clinical Curriculum Award.
Since receiving her doctorate diploma, Dr. Hao has practiced in several specialty settings, including vision therapy, cataracts, glaucoma, and pediatric eye care. Dr. Hao has training and experience working closely alongside Pediatric Specialists and cornea and strabismus surgeons. Dr. Hao provides pediatric eye care for patients with strabismus, amblyopia, as well as optometric conditions associated with premature birth and developmental delays.

Anthony Drew, OD, is a full-scope optometrist in San Tan Valley at Nationwide Vision. Dr. Drew grew up in Wisconsin, and after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Drew is very passionate about providing outstanding care for each patient and has loved being an optometrist for over 20 years. Bradley Bywater, OD, is originally from Las Vegas, but moved to Arizona in 2003, and has been practicing optometry in Arizona for over 10 years. He graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University before attending Pacific University College of Optometry on scholarship.
Dr. Bywater is a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the Central Arizona Optometric Society and is also highly involved with the professional relations team at Nationwide Vision. Dr. Bywater trains doctors new to Nationwide Vision, helps with recruitment and is part of the Peer Review group which periodically audits other doctors' charts for correctness and completion. Dr. Elaine Ramos, OD, received her Bachelors of Science degree from California State University, Fullerton and earned her Doctorate of Optometry from Marshall B. Ketchum University. She completed a residency in vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitation from the State University of New York College of Optometry.
Prior to joining Nationwide Vision, Dr. Ramos was an assistant professor at Western University College of Optometry in Pomona, CA and adjunct professor at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ where she practiced in the pediatrics and vision therapy clinics. Gary Baron, OD, grew up in Arizona where he attended school in Scottsdale and then graduated from the University of Arizona with summa cum laude honors. Dr. Baron graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Microbiology and Immunology which sparked his interest in the visual system. Dr. Baron was fascinated by the biology of the eyes and wanted to direct this knowledge towards improving the lives of people by optimizing their eye health and vision.
Dr. Baron has been practicing optometry in Arizona for over 20 years and is a member of the Central Arizona Optometric Society. He performs general vision exams and also medical exams including LASIK and cataract co-management. He strives to provide a friendly, welcoming environment.

James Francois, OD, graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago in 1996. He practiced optometry in his home state of Wisconsin for seven years before making the move to Phoenix in 2003. Dr. Francois has always had a love for math and science but his interest in optometry began in college after seeing a vision therapist to help with eye strain experienced with the extensive hours of reading and studying.
In his free time, Dr. Francois is very physically active and still finds plenty of time to lift weights and go on daily walks with his family. Dr. Francois looks forward to continuing to provide Phoenix eye care with Nationwide Vision.

Jarrod Cross, OD, is a full-scope optometrist in Tucson, AZ at Nationwide Vision. Dr. Cross graduated from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 2009 with a Beta Sigma Kappa Chapter Award for Exceptional Research. He began his optometry passion with a large interest in Sports Vision/Binocular Vision.
Dr. Cross and his wife moved to Tucson in 2009 with a small window to give the desert a few years before moving back to the Pacific Northwest. Dr. Jennifer Sarmiento, OD, has been practicing for over 23 years, having graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in 2000 and worked for a short time in Northern California. In 2003, she moved to Prescott, Arizona and ran a private practice for 15 years with her husband, who is an optician. She worked for Nationwide Vision in Tucson from 2017 through 2019 and then transferred to the Nationwide Laveen location in November 2019.
Dr. Sarmiento now provides eye care and eye exams in Prescott Valley. She is currently accepting new Prescott Valley eye care patients as well as surrounding areas.
Dr. Sarmiento and her husband live in Prescott Valley on 2 acres with their 3 dogs, a Rottweiler/Dingo mix named Zeus and 2 Chihuahuas, Puddles and Lil Z.

She is an experienced optometrist who has provided primary eye care and vision rehabilitation for two decades in a variety of clinical settings.
Dr. Chiles is an adjunct faculty member at Midwestern University in the Low Vision Clinic and is also a member of the American Optometric Association, Arizona Optometric Association, and Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity. In Dr. Chiles' free time, she is passionate about hiking, traveling, and reading.

Dr. Mark Peller, OD, is an accomplished optometrist who believes in treating all of his patients as if they were family! Dr. Peller graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1985, he has practiced in a hospital-based environment, ophthalmological practice, private practice, and corporate practice before joining the large group practice of Nationwide Vision. He has practiced at Nationwide since 1999.
Dr. Peller is a member of the American Optometric Association as well as the Arizona Optometric Association and has served on the Arizona State Board of Optometry from 2011-2019.
