Mr. A. K. M. Zaman, a devoted scout, who rose to become the prestigious Quaid-e-Azam scout in the then Pakistan. A dedicated social worker, he is currently a member of the Bangladesh Scout Federation. Mr. Zaman is an accomplished businessman. He is the Proprietor and Resident Director of Freudenberg & Vilene International Ltd dealing with garment accessories. He is also engaged in agro-business. Mr. Faruque Hassan is a co-founder of MSS possessing significant leadership experience in the textile and ready-made garments sector, financial services, healthcare, and community development programs. Mr. Hassan is also the President of the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA). Before taking the helm of BGMEA, he served the association as Director for two consecutive tenures, and as Vice President for three terms. An accomplished businessman, he is the Managing Director of Giant Group, a renowned business conglomerate having apparel, textile, and agro-businesses. He is a Founder Member of the Board of Trustees of Bangladesh University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT). Mr. Hassan also served as the Vice President of the French Chamber, alongside being involved in the German and Switzerland Chamber in Bangladesh. He is appointed as the Honorary Consul General of Greece in Bangladesh. He is also a Director of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, the national flag carrier airline of Bangladesh. He did his post-graduation in Management from the University of Dhaka. He completed the Capstone course at the National Defense College (NDC) in the year 2019. His hobby is traveling, and he loves to explore beautiful, historical places, and meet and know different people, and cultures. As an aesthetician, he has an intense interest in paintings.

Mr. Feroz Hassan, a co-founder, and the founding President of Manabik Shahajya Sangstha (MSS), has been integral to its operations since its establishment in 1974, holding various roles over the years. Presently, he serves as the organization's Chief Advisor. Beyond his involvement with MSS, Mr. Hassan is a prominent figure in Bangladesh's business landscape, serving as the Chairman of Giant Group, a leading garment conglomerate, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the country's garment industry. A committed humanitarian, Mr. Hassan has dedicated himself to aiding impoverished and marginalized communities both locally and internationally since 1968, consistently among the first responders to disaster-stricken areas. His efforts extended to addressing the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, he holds the position of President of the Baridhara Society, a group dedicated to enhancing neighborhood standards. Furthermore, he established and leads the Safiuddin Ahmed Foundation, overseeing the operations of the Safiuddin Ahmed Foundation Eye Hospital in Muzaborni, Thakurgaon. This facility offers modern eye treatments to disadvantaged individuals in the northern region of Bangladesh, often at minimal or no cost. With a wealth of experience in election monitoring, Mr. Hassan was instrumental in introducing and promoting domestic election monitoring in Bangladesh. He spearheaded the formation of the Fair Election Monitoring Alliance (FEMA), a coalition of over 200 organizations dedicated to monitoring electoral processes both domestically in Bangladesh and internationally in countries such as Cambodia, the Philippines, Bulgaria, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and India.
