Mike recognized the need for private repair facilities that could do OEM quality repairs at a reasonable cost. Michael Welsh, joined his father in the business, in 1989. Michael Welsh earned his credibility with the organization by performing all positions within the business. Michael started the parts department, designed and wrote the inventory and invoicing computer programs. In 2020, Mike's daughter, Christine Forester, joined the family businesses.
