Computer Concepts was founded in 2003 offering custom built computers to home users. Very quickly it became clear that people wanted more than just a new computer. Our customers were asking for help with problems and wanted someone to teach them how to use the rapidly changing technology that existed at their fingertips... Computer Concepts is a Locally Owned Apple Authorized Sales and Service Provider in the area. We carry a full line-up of Apple products from Mac computers to iOS devices, Apple TV, parts and Apple accessories... We specialize as an authorized Apple Computer repair shop, however we service all brands of desktop, laptop, game consoles and tablets. With locations in Yorktown and Williamsburg we also provide computer repair in Newport News and surrounding Hampton Roads cities and counties.
