Craig A. Dais - CFO

Craig A. Dais, CPA, as Chief Financial Officer, leads all aspects of Navidea's, finance, administration, HR and IT functions, including the preparation of financial statements, SEC filings, budgeting and forecasting, active management of the Company's cash flows, payroll and personnel related matters, IT and data management, and the development of expert teams responsible for managing and tracking these activities. Mr. Dais' impactful career as financial executive, leader, and Certified Public Accountant, includes having served in various roles of increasing responsibility over 30 years. His recent experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Colorado Pain Care, LLC, Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Ascent CFO Solutions, Chief Financial Officer at Duffy Crane & Hauling, Vice President of Finance at Pendum LLC and other leadership positions with public and private organizations. Craig began his career in finance with KPMG Peat Marwick. Mr. Dais earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, along with a Minor in Business, from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dana J Moss

Dana J Moss joined the Board of Navidea as a Director in July of 2023. Ms. Moss previously served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Sequencing Health, Inc., where she was responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance, and intellectual property matters, led strategy related to fundraising, mergers and acquisitions, and oversaw finance, corporate governance and human resources functions. Her previous experience includes serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary at Genapsys, Inc., as a Partner at Cooley LLP with a focus on Commercial Litigation, Program Manager at Mantech International Corporation, and as a Special Agent and Operations Officer of the U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations. Ms. Moss earned a Bachelor of Science at the United States Air Force Academy, where she was a distinguished graduate, a Master of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin as a USAFA Graduate School Scholarship recipient, and a Juris Doctorate at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Dana is a 2021 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity and has served on the organizing Board of MissionLink, a nonprofit membership organization for C-level executives of high growth technology companies

Jill Bieker Stefanelli

Jill Bieker Stefanelli, Ph.D. joined the Board of Navidea as a Director in June of 2023. Dr. Stefanelli is currently the founding consultant of a consulting practice focused on supporting Precision Medicine Companies including genomics, digital pathology, artificial intelligence, therapeutics, and medical devices as a Consultant, Scientific Advisor, or Independent Board Member. Previously, her experience includes serving as President, Board Member, and Chief Business Officer at Paige, as Senior Vice President and Head of Partnerships at Invitae/ArcherDX, as Clinical Commercial Development Lead at Life Technologies, as a Genomics Specialist at Roche Diagnostics, and in science and microbiology roles with Genewiz, USDA APHIS and Sandia National Laboratories. Dr. Stefanelli earned a B.S. in Animal Sciences & Industry, M.S. in Food Science/Microbiology, and Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine and Diagnostic Pathology within the Department of Diagnostic Medicine/Pathobiology from the Veterinary School of Medicine at Kansas State University. Her teaching experience includes instruction related to veterinary virology, food microbiology and automation in microbiology, and Dr. Stefanelli has published in peer reviewed journals throughout her career.

John K. Scott, Jr

John K. Scott, Jr. joined the Board of Navidea as a Director in July of 2021. Mr. Scott has also served as the owner and manager of PCS, Inc. since 1997, where he is responsible for directing the acquisition, financing, sales and operations for land entitlement and development for privately owned condominium, apartment, hotel, single family and retail projects in California, Colorado and Texas. He has also served as the general partner of NJD, Ltd., a Texas limited partnership, since 1997 and as the managing member of Merging Interests, Inc. since 1980. Mr. Scott also has extensive experience in conducting due diligence, feasibility studies, financial analysis, cost estimates and transaction negotiations for the purchase, lease, development, marketing and sale of projects and properties. Mr. Scott earned a B.S. in agricultural economics with an emphasis on construction management and real estate from the University of Wisconsin.

Joshua Wilson

Josh Wilson joined the Board of Navidea as a Director in September of 2022. Mr. Wilson is a seasoned banking and finance executive with more than 23 years of financial services and family office experience. During his career, Mr. Wilson focused his efforts on raising capital and streamlining company operations for profit and non-profit entities, raising more than $500 million. Currently, Mr. Wilson is the Chief Executive Officer for UPSWING Foundation, a Colorado-based foundation with vision of Connecting People and Catapulting Dreams and a mission to develop strong, confident, successful student-athletes who are able to give back to their communities in meaningful ways. Mr. Wilson is also the Executive Director of G2G Ventures, a Colorado-based private equity firm focused on forming long-term partnerships with trusted investors and established businesses in order to empower organizations to reach their full potential. Mr. Wilson has served in both of these positions since June 2022. From 2017 to June 2022, Mr. Wilson was State President-CO/WY-AZ-CA of First Western Trust Bank, and from 2011 to 2016, he served as Chief Financial Officer/Family Office Executive of Central Resources, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Wilson held roles of increasing responsibility at multiple financial institutions, including Market President-Denver of First Western Trust Bank, Senior Vice President of Vectra Private Bank, and Vice President of Bank One/JP Morgan Chase. Mr. Wilson currently serves on the board of directors of Lynx Energy ULC, with prior board experience with First Western Trust. Mr. Wilson currently serves on the Audit and Finance Committees of National Western Stock Show and The Club at Rolling Hills. Mr. Wilson received his B.S. in Business Administration from Regis University.

Michael Blue

Michael Blue, M.D., FACEP, as Chief Medical Officer, guides Navidea's product strategy, marketing, and financial performance efforts, with responsibility for the delivery of Navidea's NAV3-32 and NAV3-33 clinical trials, and the development of expert teams responsible for advancing its innovative technology to market. Prior to his current role, Dr. Blue joined Navidea as Senior Medical Director in 2011, continuing a decorated career of over 40 years in medicine which has included roles within emergency room medicine, cardiometabolic care, service within committees and community focused medical advisory positions, leadership roles within hospitals, and educational roles within multiple universities. His experience also includes having led healthcare related research for a regional venture capital firm. Dr. Blue is former Chairman of the Department of Emergency Medicine at St Ann's Hospital, former member of the Board of Directors for the Central Ohio Trauma System, and is currently Medical Director for Cardinal Health NPHS. Dr. Blue earned a B.S. in Zoology from Miami University, where he was also Miami's Scholar Athlete of the Year, and a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the Ohio State University School of Medicine. He holds medical licenses in Ohio, California and Florida, along with ACLS Certification. Dr. Blue is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a Fellow of the American Board of Emergency Medicine, where he also holds a Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (FACEP). Dr. Blue has led or contributed to 16 clinical trials related to Lymphoseek® and concepts related to Navidea's Manocept platform, and has published extensively in peer reviewed journals throughout his career.
