Dr. Morgan

Dr. Morgan brings to the Mungen Trust more than 35 years of versatile and diverse financial experience with major Public and Private Corporations as Special Advisor. Dr. Morgan's career on Wall Street began with Lehman Bros. as Securities Analyst, Portfolio Manager and General Corporate Financing Executive. After that Dr. Morgan accepted a position of Director of Development with Fairbanks Whitney Corp (NYSE). Subsequently, he joined a NYSE firm Federman, Stonehill as a Partner directly responsible for major IPO`s (Subaru of America, Cablevision Systems). From 1980 thru 1983 Dr. Morgan was a Special Professor of Finance with Hofstra University School of Business. By 1984 he devoted his full time to teaching as Professor of Finance at Southern Connecticut State University, where he introduced courses in Entrepreneurship and Security Analysis. At the same time he was involved with managing of Peachtree Venture Capital Fund and was directly responsible for aiding a number of growth companies to penetrate Public Markets by Reverse Merger; Transmedia Network, Resources America, MSH ntertainment.

Jack D. Kramer

Mr. Kramer has been an senior advisor to the trust since 1998 and primarily responsible for providing consultation on any syndication deals over $10 million and negotiation with participating co-investors and lenders.Since July of 1989, he has been a principal of JD Kramer and Associates, a financial advisory firm focusing on project and structured finance deals and cross border merger and acquisitions deals. Mr. Kramer has been involved in deals with transactional value exceeding $1 billion. Mr. Kramer has been an owner of an international travel firm and real estate finance for nearly five decades. Mr. Kramer holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School Class of 1966.

N. Martin Jameson

Mr. Jameson has been the principal business development officer for the trust since 1998 and is the trust's primary originator and internal underwriter of corporate asset based loans and commercial real estate loans under $10 million. He is a licensed real estate broker and is a registered securities representative holding FINRA series 7, 63 and 79 designations. Mr. Jameson has been involved as an investment banker with several licensed broker dealers FINRA member firms facilitating private placement offerings, reverse mergers and initial public offerings involving over $200 million dollars of transactional value. Mr. Jameson has been an principal owner and operator of over 100 residential units and several commercial properties and was a consultant to the Resolution Trust Corporation. He holds both a Masters of Science in Finance and B.S. in Finance from Boston College and has completed an executive training certificate program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Center for Real Estate Development.
