We want to share the gift of Pilates by offering a complimentary Intro Pilates Group Reformer Class. Classes are 30 minutes & limited to 6. Registration is required to attend & only one free class per person. Must be a client new to the studio... Whether your goal is mindful movement Pilates or over fifty fitness options, we can provide you personalized programs for your unique needs.
