With 17 years of financial experience from companies that include Bank of America, Internetmortgage.com and Principal Residential Mortgage, he has a B.S. in Organizational Communications from University of Nebraska, and an M.S. in Management from Peru State.

Brian Hock

Brian joined myCUmortgage in 2022, bringing with him 18 years of accounting and finance experience. He was previously Vice President at iBERIABANK, responsible for accounting and finance matters related to loan, credit and capital markets activities. Brian earned his B.A. in Political Science from Furman University, his M.B.A from Clemson University and is a Certified Public Account.

Chadwick Massie-Cline

Chadwick joined myCUmortgage's Servicing Team in September 2021, bringing with him 16 years of experience in mortgage servicing. Prior to joining myCUmortgage, he spent 10 years at Chase in various leadership roles, most recently managing multiple teams as an Operations Manager within the Escrow Administration Department. He also held several positions with Assurant during his nearly 6-year career with the company.

Chelsea Hansen

Chelsea joined myCUmortgage in 2012. Over the past 10 years, she has served in various Secondary Marketing roles at myCUmortgage and has spent the majority of her career in finance. She has a B.S. in Finance from Miami University and a M.B.A. in Data Analytics from the University of Dayton.

Connie Parker

Connie joined myCUmortgage in 2016 and has 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Previously, she worked at NCR Credit Union, National City Bank/PNC Bank and American Mortgage in Cincinnati. Connie was also a Medical Assistant for five years, working in home health care with patients who had Alzheimer's disease.

Dave Schlegel

Dave joined myCUmortgage in 2018 as Director of Default Services and brings with him over 12 years of mortgage servicing experience. He was most recently the Vice President of Loss Mitigation at PNC. Dave earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton and his M.B.A. from Xavier University.

Dawn Rudie

Dawn joined myCUmortgage in September 2021. She has over 25 years of experience in mortgage industry, sales, marketing, management and mortgage operations positions, including Mortgage Manager at WCCU Credit Union, Sales and Marketing Manager and Correspondent Lending Account Rep. She has a B.B.A. in Finance with Real Estate Concentration, Western Michigan University.

Denise Stewart

Denise joined myCUmortgage in May 2023. She is a seasoned banking and mortgage professional with 24 years of expertise in financial products and credit assessment with a strong focus on building business relationships. Previously, she was an SVP in the wholesale mortgage industry and worked eight years with Unitus Community Credit Union in business development and marketing.

Dominic Serrao

Dominic joined myCUmortgage in 2021. His experience includes developing business lines associated with BSA/AML/OFAC Model Validations and Compliance Monitoring; completing operational and compliance internal audits; assisting financial institutions to overcome regulatory difficulties; and drafting and providing regulatory updates to financial institutions.

Evan Shrewsbury

Jim Crissinger

Jim has been with myCUmortgage since 2007 as the Mortgage Systems Administrator. Previously, he was a mortgage loan coordinator at Wright-Patt Credit Union and held positions at National City Mortgage, NCR Corporation and Pizza Hut, Inc. Jim studied Business Management at Wright State University.

Josh McGuire

Josh joined myCUmortgage in July 2021. He brings over 20 years of mortgage experience to myCUmortgage, most recently serving within the Risk area of PNC Mortgage. Prior to that, he served in leadership roles within the Bankruptcy and Document Attestation areas.

Karen Day

Phil Wilson

Phil joined the Servicing team at myCUmortgage in February 2016. He's worked in the financial services industry for 12 years, specializing in investor reporting. He also owned a personnel agency for 8 years. Phil holds a bachelor of arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Tiffany Parisi

She also held multiple management positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Tiffany earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Dayton.
