Abby Ohl

Raised on the East Coast, Abby brings over 20 years of experience in the legal field to her position with NachtLaw. Abby studied political science at the University of Michigan and then obtained a JD from the University of Michigan Law School. Before, during, and after law school, she worked in the Publications Department of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. She was responsible for cite-checking, proofreading, and editing a variety of legal publications. While at ICLE, Abby developed an internal cite-checking guide. Abby also has provided research and writing support to many solo business law practitioners, whose practice areas have included corporate bankruptcy, securities arbitration, transportation law, and commercial litigation. In her most recent position, Abby represented condominium associations across the United States. Abby is excited to be a part of the NachtLaw team and looks forward to assisting in the provision of legal services of the highest quality to individuals and businesses in the community.

Alisha M. Thompson

Alisha M. Thompson was born in Southfield, Michigan. She earned her paralegal certificate in 2013 at Stautzenberger Institute, then earned her associate's degree in Applied Business concentration Paralegal in 2016 from Stautzenberger College. Mrs. Thompson practiced under probate, personal injury, medical malpractice, and collections/landlord-tenant law. She is a member in good standing with NALS and a public notary. In her spare time, Mrs. Thompson enjoys spending time with her family.

David A. Nacht - Founder

David Nacht, the firm founder, holds degrees from Harvard College and the University of Michigan Law School. He has tried numerous cases and obtains dozens of five-figure settlements and many six-figure settlements for his clients in negotiation and litigation each year. David Nacht has been frequently interviewed and quoted repeatedly in the Detroit News to offer legal commentary on the biggest criminal case in the state of Michigan. Jennifer and James Crumbley are both charged with four counts of involuntary manslaughter in connection with their son's killing of four students at Oxford High School in November 2021.

Dolores Brauer - CMO

Fabiola A. Galguera

Fabiola A. Galguera joined NachtLaw in 2020. She was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, receiving a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction in Political Science. While completing her undergraduate degree, she was involved with the Undergraduate Political Science Association and worked for legal counsel to the Hialeah Police Department and the City of Hialeah in South Florida. In this time, she learned about employment and criminal law and took an interest in both. Grace Cathryn Cretcher

She has 8 years of litigation experience, both representing clients in federal and state cases in New York and New Jersey and advising attorneys and firms nationwide on federal litigation matters. She is particularly proud to have represented the plaintiffs in Krupa et al. v. Badolato et al., a case before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, which prompted New Jersey to extend its mandated insurance coverage for infertility treatment to women without male partners. Grace is a former federal law clerk for Judge Timothy S. Black of U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Of note is her work on the Judge's landmark opinions declaring unconstitutional Ohio's refusal to grant same-sex marriages or recognize those from other states, which were ultimately sustained nationwide by the U.S. Supreme Court in Obergefell v. Kelly Christie

Kelly Christie earned her bachelor's in business administration in 1991 from Eastern Michigan University, where she was vice president of the Entrepreneur's Organization. Kelly has over 15 years of experience as an administrator for a small law firm before joining NachtLaw. She currently handles the billing, bookkeeping and office management for the firm. She is also the Treasurer of the Detroit Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators.

Lea Borchard

Ocean-Lea Borchard graduated with her Associate in Business with a focus on legal studies from Delta College in 2021. In May of 2023, she graduated with her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University. She is starting law school in the fall of 2024 with an interest in criminal defense and family law. She is married and has a beautiful daughter. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and their pets.

Tina S. Gray is committed to her clients and the integrity of the law. Licensed in Indiana in 1996, Ms. Gray began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Thomas G. Fisher of the Indiana Tax Court and then clerked for the Honorable Robert H. Cleland in the Eastern District of Michigan. Ms. Gray has successfully litigated cases for business and individual clients in the areas of real property disputes, business litigation, construction law, family law, and probate administration. Ms. Gray has maintained a certificate in probate and estate planning since 2005 through the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Ms. Gray currently serves as a member of the State Bar Committee on Professional Ethics as well as the Committee on Professionalism and Civility. Ms. Gray is a resident of Williamston, a mother to four children, an involved community member, and business owner. Ms. Gray advocates for personal life work balance and pursues fitness, homesteading, and continual learning.
