Alyssa Spruill - VP of Sales

Alyssa Spruill joined National Benefit Partners, a member of U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, in July 2023 as a Sales Director. Based in Texas, her primary focus is securing and strengthening new and existing relationships with NBP's Allied Distributors. Previously, Alyssa had joined American National in 2018 as a regional broker manager covering Texas and surrounding states. While at American National she won Worksite Regional Broker Manager of the Year in 2019 and was awarded a spot in the President's Circle in 2021. Prior to that, Alyssa was an internal wholesaler for InRoll+, a benefit administration platform. Alyssa graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 2012 with a BS in Psychology.

Brandon Sands

Brandon graduated from San Francisco State University in 2020 with a BA degree in Business Administration. During his time here he was a 4 year student-athlete, playing soccer. Upon graduating, Brandon joined National Benefit Partners in 2020 as a Sales & Marketing Assistant. Brandon is responsible for creating customized marketing campaigns and assisting in the development and recruitment of new Allied Distributors.

Brian Jund - CEO

Active in the employee benefits and benefits administration industry since 2006, Brian Jund served 6 years as the Director of Sales & Marketing for National Benefit Partners before becoming President of the West Coast Operations in 2012. Under his leadership, National Benefit Partners has grown its footprint into the Western United Stated with consistent annual sales growth. Brian is a graduate of the University of LaVerne with a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing.

Doug Kreszl - CEO

Doug joined National Benefit Partners in 2015 as Director of Sales and Marketing. Prior to National Benefit Partners, Doug worked for Hartford Funds in their Investment Advisory Group heading up research for Alternatives and Asset Allocation Funds from 2013-2015. Before that he worked at Mercer for 11 years as an investment consultant, advising corporations on their Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plan investments. Doug graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Administration, major Finance, from Rider University. Doug Kreszl is a CFP® certificate.

Frank Doherty - CEO

A founding member of NBP, Frank Doherty is a Managing Partner and CEO for National Benefit Partners. Prior to co-founding NBP in 2005, Frank started his own distribution agency in the eastern half of the U.S. for Transamerica Worksite Marketing. Averaging 35% compound annual sales growth for the next 10 years and generating more than $260 million dollars in new premium, his success became the impetus and model upon which National Benefit Partners was created. Prior to that, he served as VP of Sales Development and President of Copeland Financial Services. Frank is a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University and Purdue University Insurance Institute.

Mark Churchill - VP of Sales

Mark Churchill joined National Benefit Partners (NBP), a U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners firm, in November 2022 as Vice President of Business Development for the Mid-South Region. A native of Michigan, Mark has over 20 years' experience working with employee benefits consultants to design, market, enroll, implement and service best-in-class benefit programs for their clients. Prior to joining NBP, Mark was a Regional Vice President of Sales for Aura marketing voluntary and employer-paid benefit programs through brokers and consultants. Residing in Colorado, Mark works with brokers and consultants in Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.

Scott Morris - VP of Sales

Scott joined National Benefit Partners, a U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group member firm, in December 2022 as Sales Director and Vice President of Business Develop with over two decades of experience in the Employee Benefit space. His first 15 years were spent building and running a successful consulting firm focusing on life and disability for high-net-worth clients. Branching out to gain recurring revenue, Scott's firm began managing all aspects of his clients' benefit plans, including core medical, dental, and supplemental. After selling his company, Scott assisted a few national carriers in the ancillary space bolster their presence in the Southwest. Utilizing his knowledge of the broker space, Scott's success led him to join NBP. Looking for the last chapter, NBP offers the best of both worlds by utilizing best-in-class carriers with best-in-class Allied Distributors where Scott can combine his product strategy, knowledge and relationships of over 20 years.

William Kelly

William joined National Benefit Partners in 2019 as a project manager. Will is tasked with performing research on products and services and compiling industry trend data. Will is a senior management major at Belmont University and is scheduled to graduate in May of 2020.
