myVector is an assessment tool for school students designed based on Holland's theory, behavioral competency theories and psychometric assessment of values... As an HR Advisory firm, all these years our main concerns have been people, careers and organizations. We have been learning how people behave as individuals and as part of teams and coming up with people solutions. In the course of our journey, we learnt that people start worrying their future career success while still in schools. As an HR firm we decided to come up with a solution that would help both parents and students in their career direction. And we as HR professionals did not need to refocus to come up with this solution.
