Ms. Dunfield is Chief Financial Officer of Newport Exploration Ltd. and possesses more than two decades of broad corporate experience in the management, development and marketing of public mining and exploration companies. Formerly an investment advisor with a large Canadian brokerage firm, Ms. Dunfield serves as a Director and/or CFO for several public companies in the industry and previously acted as CFO and Director of Eastern Platinum Ltd.

Mr. Rozier is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in the natural resource industry. Formerly with Goldfields and a partner of Golder Associates, he worked for, or was a consultant to, several major mining companies until 1987. Since then he has been the CEO of several public companies in the mining and oil/gas sectors and has completed numerous capital raisings in Canada and Europe and is well known in the Canadian mining industry and North American and European capital markets.
Mr. Robertson has been actively involved in mining and mineral exploration and development since 1967. He is President of Midas Management Inc., a private Corporation that provides management, administration and financing services to junior resource companies, two of which graduated to full listings on the London Stock Exchange.
Mr. Roberts has over 30 years of experience in the international mining industry and mining finance. He holds a B.Sc. Honours in Geology from Liverpool University, an M.Sc. from Oxford University, and is also a Chartered Accountant in the U.K. Mr. Roberts is currently a director of Agnico Eagle Mines Ltd. and was formerly a director of Emerald Energy PLC in the U.K.
