Aaron Kutylo

Aaron Kutylo was appointed Senior Vice President of Business Development in January 2021. He leads new revenue and audience engagement partnership opportunities across our local network of sites, and other properties. He also serves as the lead in negotiating vendor partner contracts to support our digital properties. Prior to Nexstar, he has led strategic opportunity development and built numerous successful partnerships with large local media and other publishing companies including Tribune Publishing, McClatchy, Gannett, ESPN, Conde Nast and others, while working for Classified Ventures (Cars.com, Apartments.com, Homefinder.com) and multiple adtech start-ups. Mr. Kutylo has a BA in economics from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Andrew Alford - President, SVP

Andrew Alford was appointed President, Broadcasting in June 2021. He is responsible for the Company's local television and digital operations including content and sales. In 2017, Mr. Alford was appointed as Senior Vice President and regional manager overseeing Nexstar's television stations and digital properties in Chicago, Tampa, Indianapolis, St. Louis, and multiple stations in the Southeastern area. Prior to that, Mr. Alford was Vice President and General Manager of WFLA-TV and WTTA-TV, Tampa's NBC and MyNet affiliates and held that position since 2014. Before moving to Tampa, he served as Vice President of Sales for Media General, Vice President and General Manager of WTEN-TV, an ABC affiliate, in Albany, NY and WXXA-TV, a Fox affiliate, under a shared services and joint sales agreement. Prior to Albany, Mr. Alford spent a total of seven years at WGCL-TV in Atlanta, most recently as Vice President and General Manager. He has also served in broadcast management roles in the Orlando, FL, Syracuse, NY and Rochester, NY markets. Mr. Alford is currently a member of the NBC Affiliate Association's Board of Directors, the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Television Board of Directors, and the executive board of the Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB).

Austin Kellerman

Austin Kellerman was named Vice President of Local Digital Content Strategy for Nexstar Media Inc. in July 2023. Previously, he had served as the broadcast division's Senior Director of Local Digital Content Strategy since 2019, and works with the Company's 200 owned and partner television stations across the country to build localized strategies, implement best practices, and create high-performing content that can be shared across the company. During his tenure, he has helped restructure the oversight of local digital operations and boosted journalism/leadership training to ensure Nexstar's newsrooms are positioned for success. Mr. Kellerman joined Nexstar in 2008 as the News Director overseeing the Company's broadcast and digital news operations in Abilene, Texas (DMA #167). He also served as News Director for Nexstar's Little Rock, Arkansas TV station (DMA #60), KARK-TV (NBC), and its partner station in the market, KLRT-TV (FOX).

Bernadette Aulestia

Bernadette Aulestia was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Nexstar in January 2021 and serves on the Compensation Committee. Ms. Aulestia served as Chief Revenue and Growth Officer and then as Advisor of Callisto Media (private), a technology and media company which leverages audience data to create high-quality content at scale in 2022. Between her time at HBO and Callisto Media, Ms. Aulestia focused on her role as Board Member of Denny's which she joined in 2018 among other non-profit board memberships and personal endeavors. From 2018 to 2019 Ms. Aulestia was President, Global Distribution and from 2015 to 2018 was Executive Vice President, Global Distribution at HBO, the premium programming subsidiary of WarnerMedia. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President, Domestic Network & Digital Distribution at HBO from 2013 - 2015 and Senior Vice President, Domestic Network & Digital Distribution at HBO from 2009 - 2013. Prior to HBO, Ms. Aulestia held positions at Univision Communications, Turner Broadcasting Systems and Kidder Peabody. Ms. Aulestia serves on the board of directors and is chair of the Corporate Governance & Nominating Committee of Denny's Corporation (NASDAQ: DENN), a franchisor and operator of one of America's largest full-service restaurant chains, and Candoo Tech (private), a monthly subscription-based technical customer support service for aging adults and planned communities. Ms. Aulestia's qualifications to serve on Nexstar's Board of Directors include her extensive experience as an executive in content and digital businesses which enables her to provide valuable advice on strategic and business matters as it relates to the Company's own content and digital operations and growth plans. Her service on the boards of other public and private companies allows her to offer a broad perspective on corporate governance, risk management and operating issues facing corporations today.

Beth Feldman

Beth Feldman was named The CW Network's Senior Vice President of Network Communication in November 2022. She oversees internal and external communication and program publicity. Ms. Feldman joins The CW with nearly three decades of experience leading and executing mainstream, digital, and social media campaigns on behalf of leading television networks, film studios, consumer brands and authors. Throughout her career she launched major talk shows, primetime series, and high profile, well-known brands by developing groundbreaking media campaigns that generate media exposure and drive consumer and viewer awareness. For the past 15 years, Ms. Feldman has served as a partner at Beyond PR Group, developing and executing successful digital media and influencer activation campaigns on behalf of more than a dozen television series and syndicated talk shows from major television networks including: "The Talk," "Survivor," "The Good Wife," "Mom," "48 Hours," "The Goldbergs," "Dr. Ken," and "Timeless," among others. From 1996 to 2007, she held positions of increasing responsibility with the CBS Television Network and served as Vice President for the CBS Communications Group. As a leading network television communications professional, Ms. Feldman played an integral role in the media campaigns for Emmy award-winning television shows such as CBS' hit series "CSI," "The Amazing Race," and the final season of "Everybody Loves Raymond." In addition to her new duties with The CW, Ms. Feldman will continue in her current role as Executive Director of Communication for the Networks Division of Nexstar Media Inc., overseeing communications for NewsNation, multicast networks, and radio. In this role Feldman has overseen the media awareness campaigns regarding the expansion of programming at NewsNation, the launch of "Cuomo," and the communication strategy for the network's upcoming mid-term election coverage.

Bina Roy - VP

Bina Roy was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Nexstar Media Inc.'s multicast networks in February 2022. She is responsible for business development and affiliate partnerships with more than 15 networks providing programming across the company's portfolio of more than 600 subchannels. She will also oversee efforts to maximize the use of Nexstar's broadcast spectrum in 116 television markets across the country. Ms. Roy has served as Senior Affiliate Sales Director for the Networks Division since September 2019. In that role, she oversaw the daily operations of Nexstar's two owned and operated multicast networks, Antenna TV and Rewind TV. She was instrumental in the launch of both networks and has grown their distribution significantly. Before joining Nexstar, Ms. Roy served as Programming and Affiliate Manager for Tribune Broadcasting. In that role, she played pivotal roles in the creation of the CW Network's talk show, "The Bill Cunningham Show," as well as the syndicated news programs, "Eye Opener" and "News Fix." She was also responsible for regional syndication broadcasts for the Chicago Cubs, White Sox, and Blackhawks. Ms. Roy got her start in television broadcasting as an NBC Page in 1996. Her career has taken her to war zones as a producer for CBS News Productions and into homes as newspaper columnist, national radio host and a local television reporter and anchor. Ms. Roy attended Middlebury College and earned her MBA from Iona College.

Blake Russell

Before that, Mr. Russell served as Vice President and General Manager at KNWA (NBC) and KFTA (FOX) stations in Ft. Smith/Fayetteville, Arkansas from January 2004 to September 2007 and as Nexstar's Director of Marketing/Operations at KTAL (NBC) station in Shreveport, Louisiana from 2000 to 2003.

Brandin Stewart - SVP

Brandin Stewart joined Nexstar Media Inc. as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager in July 2022. He oversees Nexstar television stations and digital operations in multiple markets across the country. Mr. Stewart has a broad range of experience in all facets of the media business and a long track-record of success at television stations in large markets across the country, including Philadelphia, PA, Chicago, IL, San Diego, CA, and Dallas, TX. Throughout his career in broadcasting, Mr. Stewart has consistently demonstrated the ability to grow ratings, revenue, and profitability, as well as developing innovative cross-platform solutions for advertisers and marketers. He is known for creating strong, collaborative news, sales and marketing teams, and mentoring young broadcast executives. Mr. Stewart served most recently as President and General Manager of CBS 3 (KYW-TV) and The CW Philly (WPSG-TV) in Philadelphia, PA (DMA #4), from 2019 through 2021, where he was responsible for the long-term strategy and day-to day operations of both media businesses. Prior to leading CBS 3 and The CW Philly, Mr. Stewart held sales leadership positions at WMAQ-TV (NBC) and Telemundo in Chicago, IL (DMA #3), serving as Vice President of Sales for both businesses beginning in 2018, and Vice President of sales for WMAQ-TV from 2014 to 2018. During his tenure at WMAQ-TV, Mr. Stewart and his advertising team were responsible for driving consistent year-over-year growth in advertising revenue and market share. Before joining WMAQ-TV and Telemundo Chicago, Mr. Stewart held a series of sales positions of increasing responsibility in large markets, including Dallas, San Diego, and Atlanta. Mr. Stewart has been deeply involved in the communities in which he has worked and lived, and he has served on the board of The Philadelphia Advertising Club, the Philadelphia Police Athletic League, and the Philadelphia Association of Broadcasters. He was a member of the Board for the Better Business Bureau of Chicago during his time working in that city. Mr. Stewart earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. He and his wife, Nicole, have been married for 12 years and have three children; they will be immediately relocating to the Dallas area.

Brett Jenkins - EVP

Brett Jenkins was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Technology & Digital Officer in April 2023. Mr. Jenkins is responsible for the Company's technology, data and digital operations as well as the development and deployment of advanced technologies including ATSC 3.0. Prior to his current role, Mr. Jenkins served as Nexstar's Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He joined Nexstar in 2017, following the company's acquisition of Media General, where he was Vice President and Chief Technology from December 2014 to January 2017. At Media General, Mr. Jenkins was responsible for overseeing the company's IT and engineering functions for its broadcast and digital businesses. Prior to Media General, Mr. Jenkins was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of LIN Media from 2011 to 2014. He also held technology positions of increasing responsibility at ION Media Networks, Thales Broadcast & Multimedia and Thomson. Mr. Jenkins currently serves on the Board of the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC), an international, non-profit organization that develops standards for digital television.

Charles W. Pautsch

Charles W. Pautsch joined Nexstar Media Group, Inc. as Vice President of Labor and Employment Relations/ Associate Counsel in January 2019. He has practiced labor and employment law for over 41 years. Prior to joining the corporate staff, Mr. Pautsch served as an "in-house" counsel at a major health care corporation and a nationwide retail conglomerate, as well as a Partner in several prestigious nationwide law firms. Most recently he led his own law firm Pautsch, Spognardi & Baiocchi Legal Group LLP. In these past roles, he has represented Nexstar for over eight years as counsel and as a labor relations advisor. In his labor relations role, he has negotiated collective bargaining agreements with all major US labor unions and in his capacity as a litigator, he has served as lead counsel in over 175 litigation matters in the Federal Courts alone, and thousands more before the NLRB, EEOC, DOL, OSHA and state courts/ agencies in 40 states. He received his law degree, magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Chris Berg

Chris Berg is an accomplished media professional with over 30 years of experience in news and station operations. He currently serves as the Vice President of Local Content Development at Nexstar, a position he assumed in January 2023. Since joining Nexstar in March 2014 as the Director of Content Development-West, Mr. Berg has played a pivotal role in managing news and operations for 20 Nexstar markets in the western half of the United States. In addition to his station responsibilities, he is actively involved in generating innovative ideas and developing processes for syndicating appointment viewing content within the group. Beginning in September 2021, Mr. Berg's primary focus has been creating exclusive political and entertainment content for Nexstar. His contributions have been instrumental in securing and producing numerous debates, including high-profile events such as the 2022 Georgia (Warnock v. Walker) and 2022 Pennsylvania (Fetterman v. Oz) Senate debates, which played a crucial role in determining the balance of power. Furthermore, Mr. Berg is known for his production of two syndicated New Year's Eve entertainment programs that are broadcasted in nearly 40 Nexstar markets, reaching millions of viewers. Notably, he became the first and only member of the Nexstar corporate staff to be honored with a National Murrow Award for his exceptional work in developing and producing a U.S./Mexican border tour series of reports. Prior to joining Nexstar, Mr. Berg held various significant positions in local newsrooms, demonstrating his extensive expertise and profound impact in the field. As the Assistant News Director at WFAA-TV in Dallas, TX, he consistently led the market in breaking news coverage and produced a compelling full-length movie about the tragic explosion that claimed the lives of fifteen first responders in West, TX, in 2013. Additionally, Mr. Berg served as the News Director at KSTP-TV in Minneapolis, KOB-TV in Albuquerque, and an Assignment Manager at KMGH-TV in Denver.

Christine Reilly - VP

Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Reilly served as Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate in the Communications Group at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from 2007 to 2016 and as an Attorney at Hogan and Hartson from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Reilly earned her law degree from Catholic University, an MBA from University of Baltimore, and a bachelor's degree from University of Maryland.

Courtney Williams

Courtney Williams was named Chief Diversity Officer for Nexstar in May 2021. She is responsible for leading the Company's efforts to expand diversity in hiring, promotion, and retention. Ms. Williams also serves as Vice President of Human Resources. Since September 2020, she has been responsible for providing guidance to company management teams on all human resources matters, directing staff on all human resources functions, and optimizing the efficient delivery of corporate HR support to all Nexstar employees. Ms. Williams joined Nexstar after serving in human resources leadership positions in various industries and at a variety of corporations such as Eaton, GE, Coca-Cola Refreshments, Gannett, and Tribune Media. Ms. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Hampton University, a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Dana Zimmer - President

Dana Zimmer was appointed President, Distribution in October 2021. Ms. Zimmer joined Nexstar in September 2019 as Executive Vice President, Chief Distribution and Strategy Officer in connection with the Company's acquisition of Tribune Media Company. She oversees all distribution for the Company's broadcast and television content portfolio to the cable, satellite, telco and digital media industries and network content deals with third-party partners, including CBS, Fox, NBC and ABC. Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Zimmer was President of Distribution and Marketing for Tribune Media Company from 2013 to 2019 where she served a similar role. She was a former Executive Vice President of TV Networks Distribution for NBCUniversal from 2011 to 2013. Ms. Zimmer also served as Executive Vice President, Affiliate Sales and Marketing for Comcast Networks from 2005 through January 2011. Prior to joining Comcast, Ms. Zimmer played an integral role on the launch teams that spearheaded successful distribution efforts of YES Network and SportsNet New York. Ms. Zimmer also worked in affiliate sales for Fox Cable Networks and Discovery Communications.

David Diederich

David Diederich was named Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales for NewsNation in 2017. In his current role, Mr. Diederich oversees national media sales, as well as Pricing & Planning for the cable and multicast network division. Prior to this, David served as Vice President of Advertising Sales and Brand Partnerships from 2015-2017, after joining Tribune Media's cable network, WGN America, in 2005 as Western Region Sales Manager. Before joining Tribune Media, David served as Local Sales Manager for KCBS in Los Angeles. He began his media career in local broadcast at Blair Television as a research analyst, then held various sales positions at Blair, TeleRep & CBS O&O Television Group. Mr. Diederich holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Rutgers University, where he was a two-year letterman on the varsity football team. David and his wife, Jackie, have been married 19 years and have three children. They reside in Los Angeles, CA.

David Honeywell

David Honeywell was appointed Vice President of Network Operations in September of 2023. In this role, Mr. Honeywell oversees technical operations strategy and implementation for Nexstar's networks, including NewsNation, The CW, Antenna TV, and Rewind TV. Mr. Honeywell started his career as an ENG/SNG truck operator, but most recently, he was the Director of Engineering, Special Projects, and Chief Engineer for WTNH (ABC) from 2018-2023. Before his work with Nexstar, he served in engineering leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Director of Engineering and Engineering Manager for WXMI (FOX) in Grand Rapids, MI, and WTIC (FOX) in Hartford, CT. Prior to his broadcast career, Mr. Honeywell served in the Army National Guard, deploying in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom under the 206th Military Police Company.

Dennis J. FitzSimons

Mr. FitzSimons was appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Nexstar in January 2017 and serves on the Audit Committee. Mr. FitzSimons serves as Chairman of the Robert R. McCormick Foundation (non-profit), a charitable organization with extensive assets where he has held his position since 2004. Concurrent with and prior to that, Mr. FitzSimons spent 25 years with the Tribune Company, a predecessor company of Tribune Media Company which Nexstar acquired in 2019, serving as the Chief Executive Officer and board member of Tribune Company from 2003 to 2007 and as Chairman of the board of directors from 2004 to 2007. From 2009 until January 2017, Mr. Fitzsimons served on the board of directors of Media General, Inc. ("Media General") (formerly public), which Nexstar acquired in 2017, as Chairman of Media General's compensation committee and a member of the audit committee. He also served on the board of directors of Time, Inc. (formerly public) from 2014 until its sale to Meredith Corporation in January 2018 and was a member of the audit committee and the compensation committee. Mr. FitzSimons' qualifications to serve on Nexstar's Board of Directors include his extensive experience as the Chief Executive Officer of a publicly traded company in the broadcast industry and service as a member of the audit and compensation committees of several publicly traded companies. His service on the boards of public companies allows him to offer a broad perspective on corporate governance, risk management and operating issues facing corporations today.

Dennis Miller

Dennis Miller was named President of The CW Network in October 2022 and is a seasoned television executive with a long-term record of success and value creation in the industry. He previously held senior executive positions at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Lionsgate Television and Turner Network Television. Mr. Miller was a member of the Board of Directors for Nexstar Media Group, Inc., from 2014 to 2022. Mr. Miller served as Chairman of Industrial Media from 2017 until its sale to Sony Pictures Television in 2022. Industrial Media is an independent production group whose companies collectively produce more than 94 television shows airing across 34 networks, including some of the most popular shows on television including "American Idol" on ABC; the "Matchmaker" series on Netflix; the Selena Gomez cooking show and the upcoming "The Climb" with Jason Momoa, both on HBO; the upcoming Elton John documentary on Apple+; and the dominant franchise for the last five years on Discovery, "90 Day Fiancé." Mr. Miller also has significant experience as a TMT investor, having spent several years as a General Partner at Spark Capital and a Managing Director at Bear Stearns' venture arm, Constellation Ventures. He began his career in the entertainment and tax department of the law firm of Manatt, Phelps, Rothenberg and Tunney. For the past seven years, Mr. Miller has served as the Chairman of the Board for Green Dot Public Schools, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help transform public education so all students graduate prepared for college, leadership and life.

Dione J. Rigsby

Elizabeth Ryder

Prior to joining Nexstar, Ms. Ryder served as Vice President - Legal Affairs at First Broadcasting Operating, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Ryder served as Counsel at the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP in Washington, D.C. Ms. Ryder received her J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law.

Erin McIlvain

Erin McIlvain was appointed Senior Vice President of Affiliate Distribution and Marketing for The CW Network in January 2024. She is responsible for managing the network's distribution and overseeing affiliate relations with its station group partners. Throughout her nearly 20-year career in the media business, Ms. McIlvain has held leadership positions in distribution, marketing, and affiliate relations for some of the country's largest cable, satellite and telco providers including DISH Network, Charter Communications, and Crown Media Holdings, Inc. (owner of the Hallmark channels). She joined The CW from GAM Media ("GAM" "Great American Media"), a general entertainment, family-friendly cable network, where she served Chief Officer, Distribution and Content Strategy. She was one of the founding officers of the company and was responsible for overseeing distribution, government relations, marketing, and operations. In less than two years, she and her team grew GAM's distribution from 31 million television households to more than 50 million, making it one of the fastest-growing cable networks in the United States. She also launched the company's first direct-to-consumer offering and its first FAST channel. Prior to her time with GAM, Ms. McIlvain was Executive Vice President for Distribution and Content Strategy for Crown Media Holdings, Inc., where she led the team responsible for distribution, including finance, operations, government relations and affiliate marketing for the Hallmark Channel, Hallmark Movies & Mysteries, and Hallmark Drama. Most recently, Mr. Wells served as the Chief Media Officer for Verizon, one of the world's leading providers of technology and communications services. From 2017 to 2021, Mr. Wells was a senior marketing leader at USAA where he held positions of Chief Brand Officer, Senior Marketing Officer for USAA Bank, and Senior Marketing Officer for USAA Life Insurance Company. Prior to USAA, Mr. Wells served as the North American Chief Marketing Officer for Schneider Electric from 2014-2017. Mr. Wells also held Chief Marketing Officer roles at ADT Security and 24 Hour Fitness from 2007-2017. Mr. Wells has extensive public, private equity, and non-profit board experience. He serves on the board of directors and the Compensation Committee of Yelp (NYSE: YELP), a business review and social networking site, and TripleLift (private), an advertising technology company. He has served on two private equity SaaS boards for Octiv and Pattern98. He has also served as a Member of the Board for the Association of National Advertisers, and Chairman for both USAA Foundation and the USAA Educational Foundation. Mr. Wells' qualifications to serve on Nexstar's Board of Directors include his extensive experience as a marketing, sports, digital transformation and advertising executive, which enables him to provide strategic advice on key Company verticals and growth areas. His service on the boards of other public and private companies allows him to offer a broad perspective on corporate governance, risk management and operating issues facing corporations today.

Wil Danielson joined Nexstar Digital in 2019 as a member of the Corporate Development team. He was appointed as Senior Vice President, National Digital Sales in November 2020. Leading sales efforts for Nexstar Digital's national sales team - including The Hill - Mr. Danielson is responsible for driving strategy and revenue for national brands across verticals like automotive, insurance, QSR, financial services, and more. He previously lead digital sales efforts at Cox Media Group's CoxReps and Gamut. He is a member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Board and a recipient of the Cox Media Group Speed Passion Courage Award. Mr. Danielson holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from University of Southern California.
