Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has mandated submission of financial statements by selected large companies in XBRL format from 1st April 2011. MCA has also mandated submission of all Cost Audit Reports and Compliance Reports in XBRL format from 1st April 2012... The Office of Revenue Commissioner of Ireland has mandated submission of financial statements in iXBRL format for all Corporate Tax Payers of Revenue's Large Cases Division from 1st October 2013 and Non-large Cases Division from 1st October 2014.
