Chris Reddick

Chris has been working in the banking industry for more than 30 years, starting as the CFO for a mortgage company. In his role as NCB's Mortgage Sales Director, he assists homeowners and buyers with residential mortgage financing programs and works with local realtors, attorneys, and CPAs to provide custom solutions for their clients' real estate borrowing needs. Chris is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received his bachelor's degree in Accounting. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services.

Daryl Drumming

Daryl has been in the banking industry since 1988, getting his start as a coin teller immediately after high school. He is a Washingtonian banker, having spent several years at community banks in DC, he is now the new manager of our Friendship Heights branch. Daryl expertise is in relationship building, small business development, and team development and management. Daryl is a Board Member for the Woodrow Wilson Tiger Athletics and Pursuing with Hope. He is also the former Board Treasurer of the HIV Community Coalition.

He is a 1982 graduate from the College of Wooster with a bachelor's degree in Economics, along with holding various certifications from the American Bankers Association.
