Chris has been working in the banking industry for more than 30 years, starting as the CFO for a mortgage company. In his role as NCB's Mortgage Sales Director, he assists homeowners and buyers with residential mortgage financing programs and works with local realtors, attorneys, and CPAs to provide custom solutions for their clients' real estate borrowing needs. Chris is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he received his bachelor's degree in Accounting. Chris serves on the Board of Directors for Good Shepherd Housing and Family Services.

Daryl has been in the banking industry since 1988, getting his start as a coin teller immediately after high school. He is a Washingtonian banker, having spent several years at community banks in DC, he is now the new manager of our Friendship Heights branch. Daryl expertise is in relationship building, small business development, and team development and management. Daryl is a Board Member for the Woodrow Wilson Tiger Athletics and Pursuing with Hope. He is also the former Board Treasurer of the HIV Community Coalition.

He is responsible for assisting business customers with Treasury Management Services, and all things online that allow customers to access services remotely. David has worked exclusively for community banks in Washington, DC and has held leadership positions in many banking related organizations and local non-profits. He is a 1982 graduate from the College of Wooster with a bachelor's degree in Economics, along with holding various certifications from the American Bankers Association.

DeVaun has been in banking since 2013. Eric has been in banking for 14 years with experience across multiple disciplines within the industry. Starting as a part time teller, Eric worked for one of the largest community banks in the DC Metro area and was quickly promoted to other roles in the branch. He has embraced the entrepreneurial element of commercial lending and strives to help his team and customers grow and be successful. Fatima has been a banker for over 30 years, spending the last 25 with NCB. She started her career as Safe Deposit Box custodian at a small community bank in the Washington, DC area and worked her way up to become a Branch Manager. Jenny has been in the banking industry since 2002, and in commercial banking since 2003. Jenny started her career wanting to help people figure out their finances individually, but quickly transitioned to problem solving and helping businesses across industries manage their cash flow through deposits, treasury management and lending. Jenny's expertise is in commercial and industrial lending, government contracting, non-profits, owner occupied real estate and retail. Jenny was also recognized as a Smart CEO Top 100 bankers and awarded the CREW DC Esprit de Corps award. Jenny also has a Finance and Marketing degree from George Washington University, a Small Business Consulting certificate from Cornell and an Action CFO certificate.
Jimmy has been in banking for 26 years and he joined NCB in April of 2022 as the Bank's president. His areas of expertise are management and commercial lending. Jimmy was honored as Loudoun County's Executive of the Year in 2020; voted Best Banker in Town for 2015 & 2016; Loudoun County's Top 40 under 40 in 2014 and Rotarian of the Year in 2015. Jimmy graduated from UC Santa Barbara and received his MBA from Pepperdine University. He is also a current board member with the Loudoun County Chamber, a founding member of the Rotary Club of Broadlands-Dulles South, and an active operational and administrative member of the Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.

Keshaun has been in banking for over 20 years, starting as an evening teller at a small community bank in Alexandria, VA. Ryan has been in banking since 2005, starting out in a management trainee program for a community bank in Cleveland, Ohio.
