When you get your key for the space, it will be move-in ready. We also do Tenant Buildout. The tenant hires the contractor, designer, and architect, working with them to realize their vision for the office. In this scenario, the tenant is taking on a lot of responsibility, but also enjoys much more control over the process... If the Owner already has plans from another certified architect, we offer full construction services. We provide professional Construction services that uses specialized, project management techniques to oversee the planning, design, and construction of a project, from its beginning to its end. If needed we have partner with different interior designers to provide a turn key services.....
