Having dedicated over 25 years to Nidd Realty, Jill's loyalty and commitment to the company's success is unwavering. Her invaluable contributions as the Administration Manager make her an indispensable member of the team, trusted by both colleagues and leadership alike.
Having completed a Computer Science Degree at Otago University, Joe worked in the tech industry for several years before deciding to utilize his interest in Real Estate and join the industry as a residential property consultant in 2005.
After a number of years listing and selling, Joe transitioned into the management of the business and in 2014 he purchased Nidd Realty.

Kelly joined us initially as an administrator, after making the move down South to join her partner and purchase a home. With a background working within the Auckland real estate market, Kelly has honed her skills through a variety of markets and is always keen to tackle a challenge.
Her role has developed significantly over the years and now focuses on marketing development and growth for both individual agent businesses and Nidd Realty as a whole.

Kes has been serving as our Administration and Trust Accounting specialist since 2020 - Her consistency and meticulous attention to detail are just a few of many traits that make her a vital member of the Nidd Realty team.
Kirsty is an award winning experienced real estate professional who is dedicated to helping clients sell their property effectively. She believes that informed and prepared sellers are key to attracting the right buyers and securing the best possible outcome. Kirsty works closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals and uses her market knowledge to find the most effective selling strategy.
She is known for being positive, focused, professional, and reliable, and goes above and beyond to ensure a successful sale. Kirsty would be happy to discuss how she can assist in selling your property.
Having completed a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English and Chinese Translation in China and a Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing at Otago Polytechnic in Dunedin, Leo has worked in several roles, such as leadership team assistant, translator, and sales roles, before deciding to enter the Real Estate industry.
Leo lived in China for over 20 years and came to New Zealand for education in 2016. With his substantial passion for ‘building a bridge' between Chinese culture and New Zealand culture, he takes an active role in the local Chinese community.
One of Leo's greatest strengths is his ability to understand people and their needs across cultural differences. His gained skills and experience have taught him effective communication skills, strong empathy, and the ability of strategic thinking. He enjoys working as part of a team and supporting clients and customers from the beginning to the end.
There are very few Agents in Dunedin with Liz's vast experience. Now in her 30th year in the Real Estate Industry and alongside Joe taking Nidd Realty into its 21st year Liz's passion for the business continues to grow. Now working with the team to assist in facilitating sales and building their skills in order to exceed the client's expectations while assisting Joe in the oversight and management of the business.
Liz's expertise and empathy create an environment of trust allowing the team to feel confident in assisting their clients in making buying or selling decisions. This is critical as people look to an agent for guidance, confidence and information.
Liz's belief in the importance of professionalism and training has been an integral part of her success in real estate and after three terms on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, is now a member of the Board of the Real Estate Authority, the Government Agency that oversees the Industry in New Zealand to make sure that business is conducted in the best interests of the consumer.

Born and raised in Dunedin, Nigel lives here with his wife and family, enjoying basketball and outdoor activities in his spare time.
Having owned his own restaurant for 5 years, Nigel understands how to manage the unique economic climate of Dunedin, as well as also previously owning his own rental properties his focus is always on achieving the best outcomes for all property owners.
Some of Nigel's achievements include the completion of his NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management - Level 4 and holds a current First Aid Certificate.
