Angee has been an integral part of North County since 2003. Today primarily functioning as the Office Manager and Client Support Specialist, she is the inhouse expert of all systems in the business and understands the unique aspects of the lawn care and landscaping industry. With her wealth of knowledge and client service skills, Angee contributes to the operational success of the business every single day.
In 2019 Erica joined North County Lawn Care to assist with recruitment, employee relations and payroll. Her role has since expanded beyond human resources and she now contributes to field efficiency and client experience. By routing jobs efficiently and serving as a communication point between crews in the field and the clients they serve, Erica as able to enhance the service experience.
In 2003 Kevin Wiebe founded North County Lawn in Custer WA. Committed to professionalism, quality and relationship building, Kevin has developed the business into a multifaceted, four seasons company with a specialty in lawn care, landscaping and snow/ice management.
Kevin's passion and commitment for delivering top-notch results has allowed him to develop a team to help drive the company forward while staying true to his mission.

With over 15 years of landscape experience, Paul brings exceptional management practices, hands on knowledge and skill to our growing landscaping division.
In 2019 Sonya joined the company in a business consulting role and her involvement has since expanded to General Management, as well landscape sales and proposals. Sonya has her Masters in Business (MBA) and a passion for organizational development. She thrives off spearheading challenges and seeks solutions to improve the business by promoting, inquiry, a growth mindset and collaboration through teamwork.
Tara joined our team in September 2021 and is the first point of contact for clients calling in. Tara's cheerful disposition and detailed nature gives our clients a comforting experience whether it's to book an estimate or ask a question about services already scheduled.
Tyler maintains our vehicle and equipment fleet so it is in good working order, ready and safe for our crews. Running an efficient shop is an essential function and our success in delivering top notch lawn care and landscaping is dependent on it.
