Chris Trout

Chris Trout is president and CEO of Wood Stone Corporation, a position he has held since 2018. Prior to Wood Stone, Chris held various leadership roles at Henny Penny Corporation (Wood Stone's parent company) in Corporate Strategy, Sales and Business Development since 2003. His NAFEM engagement includes participation on the NAFEM/FCSI Liaison and Market Studies Committees, as well as involvement in the Member Needs Assessment working group.

Dave Rolston

Dave Rolston is president and CEO of Hatco Corporation, a position he has held since 2004. He has been engaged with NAFEM committee activities for 15+ years, including participation in the Technical Liaison and Service Managers & Engineering Conference Planning Committees. He served as chair of the Government Relations Committee and has testified before House & Senate Committees on NAFEM's behalf on tax and independent contractor issues. Currently, he participates on the Trade Show Advisory Council for The NAFEM Show 2021, and in NAFEM's Business Planning Study and Taxes, Tariffs & Trade working groups.

Deirdre T. Flynn - EVP

As executive vice president, Deirdre's role is to ensure that the organization runs smoothly and successfully. She is committed to elevating the value and services NAFEM brings to its members through education, training, advocacy, industry relations, networking, data sharing/information and of course, The NAFEM Show.

Eva-Marie Fox

Eva-Marie Fox has been with T&S Brass and Bronze Works, Inc. for 30+ years. She is currently the vice president of marketing and has served in many roles for the company. Eva has been involved with a variety of industry trade organizations and regularly participates in NAFEM's Annual Meeting & Management Workshop. Currently, she is vice-chair of NAFEM's Trade Show Advisory Council for The NAFEM Show 2023. She served six years as a member of NAFEM's Board of Directors (2014-2020) before rejoining the board in 2022 as an officer and secretary-treasurer.

Greg Hake

Greg Hake is the chief operating officer of Duke Manufacturing, a St. Louis MO-based global manufacturer. A 13-year industry veteran, Hake joined the company in 2009 as a business analyst and has held a variety of positions, including product manager, director of product management, business segment leader and VP, strategic planning and deployment, before assuming the COO role last year. His NAFEM engagement includes participation in the Young Professionals Council (formerly known as YEF), the Digital Marketing Working Group, the Business Planning Study Working Group and participation in the Annual Meeting & Management Workshops.

Josh Callahan

Josh Callahan is the vice president of sales & marketing at Cal-Mil, a foodservice manufacturing company founded in 1965 by Jack Callahan, Josh's grandfather. Now, 55 years later, Cal-Mil continues to thrive as a third generation, family-owned and operated business in Oceanside, Cal. Growing up at Cal-Mil, Josh spent his summer breaks working in the warehouse where he built a strong base of knowledge of the day-to-day operations. After attending California State University of San Marcos and obtaining a degree in business administration, Josh continued broadening his skillset by working at Cal-Mil in all aspects of the company. Josh's first experience with NAFEM came at The NAFEM Show 2009, where he worked the Cal-Mil booth, met customers and sales representatives, and completely fell in love with the industry.

Lucy McQuillan - EVP

Lucy McQuillan is the executive vice president of global sales at Alto-Shaam, a Menomonee Falls, Wisc., independent foodservice equipment manufacturer. With more than 25 years of industry experience, Lucy has dedicated her career to fostering growth and customer engagement through innovative strategies. She oversees Alto-Shaam's global sales, culinary and product management teams, with emphasis on providing the highest quality customer experience at every touch point. Lucy also is an Alto-Shaam executive team leader and board member with proven success driving corporate growth. Prior to Alto-Shaam, Lucy held various sales, product management and marketing roles with IMI plc and Cornelius. Lucy currently serves on the Trade Show Advisory Council (TSAC) and the TSAC Steering Committee.

Marianne Byrne - EVP

Paul Egbert

Paul Egbert has been associated with the foodservice industry for most of his 34-year career and has been with Vollrath for 15 years. He is currently vice president, smallwares & countertop equipment, after having served as vice president of marketing for 11 years. Paul's responsibilities include strategic planning and driving profitable growth through new product development, marketing and sales. His NAFEM engagement includes serving on the Market Studies Committee, and the Trade Show Advisory Council (TSAC) for The NAFEM Show 2021. Paul also participated in NAFEM's ITR Data working group and the Size & Shape of the Industry Study working group.

Ted Gravenhorst, Jr. is the vice president of sales and marketing for John Boos & Company, a position he has held for 24 of his 33 years with the company. Ted's focus includes strategic planning, marketing strategy and sales management for the 131-year-old Effingham, Ill., manufacturer. Active in both NAFEM and MAFSI, he is a member of NAFEM's Social Purpose and NAFEM/MAFSI Liaison Committees, and regularly attends the Annual Meeting & Management Workshop.

Teresa Asbury

Teresa Asbury is corporate vice president, Commercial Product Management & Sales, for The Legacy Companies, manufacturers of Blakeslee, Chef's Choice by Edgecraft, Kold-Draft, Legion Industries and their respective brands. A 30+ year industry veteran, she has been engaged in NAFEM committees for nearly 20 years, and currently serves on the International Marketing Committee and the Trade Show Advisory Council for the 2021`show, as a Dealer Marketing subcommittee member. Teresa also is a regular participant in the NAFEM Annual Meeting & Management Workshop, International Conference, and events around NAFEM global pavilions.

Will Means

Will Means is the president of Ali Group North America Refrigeration Divison, in Winston-Salem, N.C. A 14-year foodservice veteran, he started in an entry level sales position at Champion and worked his way up to become the youngest president in the Ali Group. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and has held many diverse positions within Ali Group, including vice president of sales and marketing for Champion and business analysis manager for corporate finance. Will is a regular at many industry events and has attended every NAFEM show since the beginning of his career.
