7 Mr. A. Balasubbaiah MBA Admin & Project Coordinator Mr. A. Balasubbaiah has more than 5+ years of experience in multiple sectors has expertise in providing Admin & Project Coordinator matters, Renewable Energy, Skill Development, Rural Development Project, developing action plans, creating budgets, maintaining project records, hiring and training staff, liaising with clients, project management amongst others .He has more experience in Admin & Project Coordinator. He has also handled key Accounts positions. He is an important resource for the organization managing overall Admin & Accounts for the firm.
2 Mr. Amith Deshpande M.Sc., (Biotechnology) Project Director He is actively involved in Financial Services of renewable energy, rural development, biodiversity, sustainability, climate change based projects. .He has played a vital role in coordinating IT Infrastructure and had Good Exposure to PB sales and Teller Operations. 3 Mr. G. Kumar B.Tech [Chemical] Sr. Engineer -Biodiesel Plants 10 years experience in biodisiel plants with a capacity of 5000 litres to 25000 liters per day with different feed stocks like pongamia deoil cake, jatropa deoil cake, maintains of PH, Water ratio, differential agitation methods Estimation of biogas with orset analyzer. Purification of bio gas and enriching of methane content. Developing on Methonogenic production yield and storage of bio gas with biogas balloons. (Using of flow meter and pressure gauge.) Estimation of oil percent for biodiesel and germplasam studies. Soxhlet method and crude method for the oil percent estimation.
He had appraised and supervised implementation of number of biogas based renewable energy projects for electrical and thermal applications under the ‘National Biogas and Manure Management programme, Biogas Power [Off-Grid] Projects [including community and portable chulha's programme] under the schemes of the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Govt. of India, Solid waste management and sanitation [bio-toilets] in south India for the past two decades to Municipalities, Academic institutions, industries, hospitality, health care centres, endowments and cattle farms.
As part of the above activities, he involved himself in coordination with stakeholders of Bio-technology Development Division of BDTC and MNRE, preparation of feasibility reports & detailed project reports (DPRs), internal training programs, Planning and implementation of skill development programs, awareness generation, users training, and staff course programs of biogas based renewable energy projects. Ramakrishna B.Tech [Electrical] Sr. Engineer - Solar Plants He is over 10 Year of experience in the Power Sector involving Renewable Energy, primarily in the Solar Energy Sector which includes Managing OFF Grid & ON Grid Scale projects in terms of design aspects and provide the initiative for project execution through EPC contractors. Preparing design documents including Techno-Commercial offers for Project initiative & execution. Focused design engineer with rich expertise in startup, launching of projects and project implementation. Competent in implementing effective solutions to the Customer needs with an aim to improve the business through customer satisfaction. Proactive planner with abilities in developing new concepts.
