Jacqui Perrin is a registered Professional Architect. Her interest is in the delivery of public facilities located in complex contexts, including those within culturally and historically significant areas and those requiring sensitive urban consideration such as informal areas. Her work experience includes design and implementation of projects in South East Asia and South Africa.
The strength of her practise is in integrating spatial concerns across architectural, urban design and planning scales and working within communities to establish qualitative and relevant responses in the design and implementation of projects. During the period from 2001, in association and subsequently as a partner in NM and Associates, Jacqui has primarily focused on the delivery of public and private projects ranging from housing, mixed use developments, integrated transport facilities, educational and health facilities. Her focus has been on exploring solutions and models that make for better performing environments and places for people.

Jody is a registered Professional Architect, Urban Designer and City Planner who has over 20 years of experience. Her training and experience allows her to play a notable role in large scale development processes, complex spatial planning exercises and strategic implementation programs. Her interests and strengths lie in spatial and urban analysis, strategic urban design thinking and conceptual architectural exercises, housing and transport / non-motorised transport planning. She is also involved in policy planning and research.
Jody has been a member of the practice since 2001 and key in driving the need for an integrated approach to design with her qualifications, including town and regional planning, urban design and architecture, enabling her to work across these scales down to implementation of various projects.

Nisa Mammon is a registered Professional Planner who has been practicing for 28 years across a range of planning scales and projects. Her expertise includes but is not limited to the following areas: land use planning, surveys and research design, policy planning, development and project management, development facilitation, economic development, integrated development planning, spatial and policy frameworks, airport planning & design, public transport and non-motorized transport planning and planning legislation analysis and reform. Nisa is also actively involved in research and writes and publishes on current urban planning challenges.

Qualifications
BSc (UCT), ND Town & Regional Planning (Cape Technikon)
Shahiem is a Technical Planner, joining the practice in 2002. He has over 18 years of planning experience focussing mainly on the technical planning and procedural aspects of the projects he has been involved in, specifically with regard to the preparation and submission of land use planning applications. He has extensive experience in a range of developments with a particular focus on airport planning, residential and mixed use developments. His specific expertise is in the planning and development of large scale mixed use projects using the Package of Plans process with project durations typically running over a number of years. He has wide-ranging experience from working at multiple airports including Cape Town International Airport, George Airport, East London Airport, Port Elizabeth International Airport and Bram Fischer International Airport.
