Christopher George - CTO, VP

Christopher George brings over 30 years of web and software development team leadership to NetCommissions. He first began automating incentive compensation plans in the mid-80s. Most recently, he has been leading EIM software implementations for Incentive Systems (d.b.a. Centive), an Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) packaged software manufacturer. Christopher has also headed up sales force automation (SFA) projects at Sysco Foods and Malden Mills Industries as well as co-founding LinkWarp, Inc., a web development and hosting company. Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA from the University of Illinois.

Gerald 'Jerry' Hegarty - CEO, President

Jerry Hegarty brings over 30 years of high technology leadership experience to NetCommissions. Before co-founding NetCommissions, he was responsible for strategic marketing with Centive. During his tenure, the company introduced the industries first ‘net native' EIM platform and was the first to embrace 'process automation' as a critical element of the sales compensation process. Before Incentive Systems, Mr. Hegarty spent several years at Millipore Corp (division of Merck) in various roles inclucding Product Management, Sales & Operations Management and leading several TQM based Process Improvement initiatives. Jerry holds a BSME from the University of Massachusetts and a MBA from Northeastern University. He is married, the proud father of two children, active with his daughter's school (Melmark NewEngland), Scoutmaster of his son's boy scout troop (Troop 702 Reading) and an avid outdoorsman.

Hakim Douglas

Hakim Douglas has more than 20 years of experience in design and development of enterprise level online analytical processing (OLAP) applications. Prior to joining NetCommissions, Hakim served as a senior software engineer with Knowledge Impact. There he designed and managed the development of the Capture module in the best in class ‘Firefly' software simulation and training solution. The ‘Firefly' suite became the flagship solution for Knowledge Impact and continues to be a leader in the software training market today. Hakim holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.
