Our company was founded in 2011 by Scott Bacher as Scott wanted to leverage his 15 years' executive search experience to continue to foster long-term relationships with both candidates and clients... We are in the business of identifying accounting, finance, tax and audit leaders who will increase the performance of our client companies... Unlike other recruiting firms, our firm makes the difficult sourcing calls to candidates not actively seeking a new position so our clients choose from the most comprehensive talent pool available.
