Over forty-three years of experience in managing CERCLA site remediation projects, providing litigation and cost recovery support services for CERCLA and non-CERCLA projects, designing and conducting hydrologic and environmental studies and acquisition of environmental and land use permits for a variety of major projects and CERCLA/SARA sites across the United States. Mr. Costello is currently the owner of Nationwide Environmental Services, Inc., a multi-disciplinary hydrology and environmental management firm.
