The New Jersey Primary Care Association ("NJPCA") supports the Community Health Centers and the satellite community-based ambulatory healthcare facilities throughout the state of New Jersey. Community Health Centers are also known as FQHCs or federally qualified health centers. FQHCs are authorized under Section 330(A) of the Public Health Services Act to provide healthcare to populations in their service areas.
