Andy brings a strong sales and account management background with 10+ years in IT distribution, working with customers such as Harvey Norman in retail, VHA in telco, and SCG Trust in government. His ability to understand customer needs and use strategic planning for successful project management has been well-honed.
Andy is a devoted father to two amazing daughters, taking every opportunity to spend time with them. He also loves most sports, including playing football semi-professionally, golf and powerlifting.

- Global Business Development Manager
Bim is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Fine Art, Education, Business and Marketing. She has worked across Australia and across the Asia Pacific region for over 20 years, delivering creative and strategic solutions in various sectors.
As our Global Business Development Manager, she works closely with our clients to understand their project requirements. Not only will she meet technical specifications, but she will also ensure that our lighting solutions seamlessly align with your design vision.
Beyond her professional role, Bim enjoys visiting art galleries, sketching, and spending time with family.
Gabriel joined NEOZ in 2005, after completing a Bachelor of Industrial Design from the University of New South Wales. In 2008, Gabriel took a hiatus from NEOZ to study for a Master of Vehicle Design from the Royal College of Art in the UK. He went on to work in some of the top design consultancies in London and the global manufacturing hub, Shenzhen, China. In 2013 Gabriel returned as our head designer, where he now manages the design manufacturing process and serves as a friendly liaison with clients and suppliers. Gabriel is a car enthusiast, loves all things technology, and is the proud father of a baby boy.
James joined NEOZ from Exposure Design Group in 2021, where he held the position of Senior Industrial Designer, specialising in point-of-sale solutions and product packaging. He holds a BA Honors in Industrial Design from the University of New South Wales.
Outside of design, James has a passion for outdoor activities, in particular, boating and fishing. He enjoys watching Formula 1 and tinkering with his own widget designs in his spare time.

- Service & Repair Technician
Joel joined NEOZ in 2023 and has been working on various custom electronics projects in addition to his day-to-day repair duties. He also works closely with our design and engineering team in documenting and transferring his on-the-job learning to further improve our products.
Joel is currently in his penultimate year of Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Honours) at the University of New South Wales, where he focuses on control and power systems. When he is not working or studying, Joel enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and taking road trips with his friends.
Jon joined NEOZ in 2019 to expand its extensive product portfolio and refine the customer experience. With nearly two decades of strategic development experience working with fast-growth companies, Jon is passionate about using his expertise to expand NEOZ globally. Jon holds an MBA (Tech) from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and a Post Graduate Degree in Change Management (GDM/GCCM) from Sydney University. In his downtime, Jon enjoys developing his culinary skills. Often experimenting with new techniques and flavour combinations.

- Procurement & Sustainability Manager
One of our longest-serving team members, Lily has been with us since 2000. She is the glue that keeps all aspects of our operation running smoothly-by doing everything from ordering parts to managing critical financial aspects of our business.
Her credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from TAFE NSW Australia and an Associate Degree in Accounting from the Open University of China. In her downtime, Lily enjoys hiking and reading.
We get hundreds of orders every month. Michelle makes sure they're processed and shipped, accurately and efficiently. So they get to you fast, no matter where you are. She has an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor's degree in chemistry, and before joining NEOZ in 2006, she worked in shipping and dispatch in Hong Kong, and environmental engineering in China.
Mitch joined NEOZ in 2021 to oversee the expansion of our Sydney-based manufacturing operation, leading the modernisation of our factory by streamlining production workflow, upgrading our inventory system and expanding our in-house digital capability. With an entrepreneurial background and established experience in product sales,
Mitch brings with him over a decade of management experience.
Nicole joined NEOZ in 2022 to manage our procurement and inventory process aligned with the company's strategic direction. Her expertise is informed by a Master of Corporate Governance and Accounting from Macquarie University in Sydney and nearly a decade of supply chain management experience in the lighting and furniture industry.
She enjoys road trips and camping in the great outdoors with her young family in her free time.

Peter co-founded NEOZ in Sydney in 1983. His credentials include a Bachelor of Industrial Design from the Sydney College of the Arts and experience as a lighting designer at Planet Lighting and Pierlite Electrical, as a furniture designer for the NSW Department of Education, and as a freelance industrial designer. When he's not busy designing our award-winning lamps, Peter enjoys surfing and appreciating the beauty and quality of all things, both natural and man-made, particularly their interaction with light.

- Junior Embedded Systems Engineer
Thomas joined us in 2021 to support our team with the development & quality assurance of our next-generation electronics and software. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Engineering Honours at the University of Technology Sydney, majoring in Electronics Engineering: loT (Internet of Things) systems and devices.
He has a passion for exploring new and emerging technologies and applying them to solve current and future real-world problems, with a particular interest in the fields of XR, AI, IoT and game development, which includes developing the boat berthing and navigation simulator ‘Boat Master'. Away from the office, Thomas has a passion for cars and travelling.
A member of our team since 2015, Tom ensures that our clients always enjoy a seamless shipping experience. He has a Bachelor of Business and over 15 years of experience in general accounting and office administration for wholesale distribution and fashion production. In his free time, Tom loves participating in online logistics forums and attending seminars and classes to expand his professional knowledge. He also enjoys database reporting and programming applications in Excel, SQL databases, and Python.
