AC Parekh brings over 30 years of experience advising, managing, and directing accounting and finance functions across multiple organizations in India. He holds an MS and BS in both Accounting and Finance from Bombay University.

Ganesh is a successful consultant, manager, offshore coordinator, and architect with multi-disciplinary expertise acquired through 18 years of professional experience. He brings expertise in defining IT strategy, formulating implementation plans, and building successful partnerships between business and IT. Recently, he has contributed significantly towards guiding PLM solutions with data architecture, project planning and managing the resources. Ganesh also has a proven track record in working with teams across the globe.
Ganesh brings strong domain consulting and delivery experience in the areas of Healthcare, Banking and Manufacturing verticals. Prior to joining Netra, Ganesh was a senior consultant at Xpedior's BI practice. He held multiple roles at Searle/Monsanto prior to Xpedior. Ganesh holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Florida and a Masters in Physics from IIT Bombay, India.
Jay is a highly experienced SAP Senior Program Manager and Solution Architect who heads Netra's European operations. In nearly 20 years of IT industry experience, he has coordinated the efforts across offshore, nearshore, and onshore teams to deploy multiple Enterprise Resource Planning Programs. His deep knowledge of ERP products and their limitations allows him to serve as an excellent advisor to client executives.
Jay's engagement background spans many industries, with a focus on consumer goods, industrial equipment, life science/pharmaceuticals, and electronics/high tech industries.
Jay has more than 18 years of global work experience, including the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, South Africa, Switzerland, India, and the United States. He is CSQA certified as a Project Management Professional and holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research.

Rupali brings over eighteen years of experience in managing business operations and client relations. Over the last 14 years she has performed various roles at Netra, including but not limited to managing and growing Client relationships, building a team to manage the human resource operations, Immigration Compliance, overseen Accounting operations, Billing and Collections as well as overall supplier relationship and Employee wellbeing. Rupali brings an unique ability to handle day-to-day hands-on business operations coupled with a keen business sense for long term growth, which has helped guide Netra's exceptional growth from its inception.
Prior to help found Netra, Rupali was Assistant Director at Little People Inc., and previously Store Manager at Sun Glass Hut, and started her professional career as an Assistant Lecturer at Vallabh Vidya Nagar University. She holds both an MS and BS from University Baroda in Psychology.
William functions as a strategic partner to Netra. Over the last two decades William has assisted clients worldwide in the disciplines of Data Warehousing, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence, Data Quality and Operational Business Intelligence as a Strategist, Lead Enterprise Information Architect, and Program Manager. His unparalleled exposure to the market infuses ideas into client programs. His teams' implementations from both IT and consultant positions have won several Best Practices awards. William is a former IT VP of a Fortune 50 company, a former engineer of DB2 at IBM and holds an MBA.
William has overcome numerous complex data acquisition/ETL (real-time, sourcing, transforming, syndicated data, integration, cleansing, POS/CDR/RFID source) issues and has hands-on experience with numerous leading MDM/OLAP/BI/ETL tools and database platforms. His breadth of experience with the information management product set includes internal product development (source code), IT development, management, analyst and consulting roles. He has produced dozens of analytic models in production worldwide. He is a frequent best practices judge, has authored hundreds of articles and white papers and given hundreds of international keynotes and public seminars.
