Today, Kama plays a key role in the development and growth of Norfin Offshore and has led the organisation to a profitable and successful financial position under her management.

Mr. Charles Udonwa launched Norfin Offshore in 2011, and has 25 years of experience in the industry. He began his career in Keppel FELS, Keppel Singmarine, Swire Pacific Offshore, Thome Offshore, Greatship Global and Pacific Radiance. Having sailed through the ranks as Chief Engineer to Head of Technical, today he plays a lead role in Norfin Offshore, overseeing all departments and sub-divisions. He is also responsible for large capital raising initiatives, global investor relations and the development of leadership talent at the management level. Mr. Udonwa also sits on the board of Norfin Offshore, Nigeria.
