Shri Anand Jayaswal is a third-generation industrialist, hailing from a family of entrepreneurs in the iron and steel sector. He holds a Master's Degree in Commerce. He has accumulated rich and valuable experience in project execution and operation of Iron and Steel Units and Valve manufacturing. As Managing Director of NSSL Ltd, Anand Jayaswal guides the selection of viable technology and plant and machinery for the units. His core strength lies in designing and implementing systems and procedures for operations. He also plays a key role in project financing.
Anand Jayaswal, with his vision and foresight, has planned rapid growth in the field of Engineering and the Automotive market. He is pursuing his vision of making NSSL a global company by executing overseas and domestic acquisitions. He has acquired a forged steel valve unit near Milan in Italy and another one at Doha, Qatar, to serve international customers in Petroleum and Refineries.
Anand Jayaswal also plays an active role in many Industrialist forums. As a senior member of the Executive Committee of Vidarbha Industrial Association, he has successfully taken up the cause of local Industries with the regional and national administrative bodies.

Arvind Jayaswal is the Chairman of Jayaswal NECO Industries Ltd. - the flagship company of the NECO Group. Born the eldest son in a respectable business family in Kolkata, Arvind Jayaswal inherited his father's strong business acumen. He joined the Iron Foundry Business at a very young age while pursuing his Graduation in Science from Calcutta University. His sheer determination and hard work under the able guidance of his father led the NECO Group to new heights in the field of Construction castings and Engineering castings.
Arvind Jayaswal gave a new direction to the foundry business when he spearheaded the entry into Automotive Castings. Today,Automotive castings contribute to over 50% of the foundry business revenues. His wisdom and foresight dictated the set-up of an Automotive Machining Division as part of a downstream integration initiative. This initiative enabled a significant ramp-up in business volumes and allowed the NECO group to carve out a substantial chunk in the export market. Today, Jayaswal NECO is a name to be reckoned with in the foundry business with leadership positions in Construction casting and Engineering castings and growing steadily towards a majority share in the competitive Automotive casting segment also.
A life-long learner, as he likes to call himself, Arvind Jayaswal always has an eye on the latest technolo-gies in foundries. He is the brain behind the recent modernization and automation in the foundries and is regularly involved in developing new castings in the foundries. Apart from the Foundry business, Arvind Jayaswal also looks after the Mining Business and other company businesses.
Outside the business arena, Mr. Jayaswal is also actively associated with severalsocialorganizations. He is the President of Jayaswal Shikshan Samiti, Nagpur and a member of the Board of Trustee of Balaji Temple of Nagpur.
Shri Avneesh Jayaswal, the eldest son of Shri Ramesh Jayaswal, did his Bachelors in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University (USA) and brought in the most modern business management ideas to the table. He is presently the Group Director of Jayaswal NECO Industries - Steel Plant Division and involved in other projects executed by NECO Group companies.
Avneesh Jayaswal takes a keen interest in daily operations as well as the expansion and modernization of JNIL's Integrated Steel Plant at Raipur. He is deeply engaged in the planning, implementation of critical projects & strategies for the Group entities.

Shri Basant Lall Shaw, Founder Chairman of NECO Group of Industries, hails from a very respectable business family in Kolkata. At the age of 16, he joined his family business of trading in Iron and Steel while continuing his B. Com from Calcutta University. During the Naxalite movement in Kolkata, Shri Shaw decided to shift to Nagpur and set up his first foundry for manufacturing Railway and Municipal castings at MIDC, Nagpur 1974. NECO's meteoric rise is due to his foresight for setting up the Industry in such a central location that catered to markets all over India. His continuous strive for quality and innovative products ensured Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited (JNIL) foundry division developed a good reputation not only in India but in various overseas markets like Dubai, Oman, Kuwait, Europe, USA, Taiwan and Australia for manufacturing durable, reliable and highest quality castings.
In 1996, he guided JNIL to establish the 1 Million MT State-of-the-Art Integrated Steel Plant at Raipur, CG,as one of the foremost suppliers of Alloy Steel Bars & Rods in the country today.
An active member of various Industrialist forums, he was the past President of Vidarbha Industries Association (VIA) and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII)-Vidarbha Region, among others. He is afounding member of the Indian Institute of Foundrymen (IIF)- Nagpur Chapter and continues to be its Life member.
He is actively associated with several philanthropic organizations and is committed to the cause of social uplifting of the underprivileged. He had dedicated himself to providing the best medical care at a reasonable cost to the socially deprived. Shri Shaw is associated with RastrasantTukdoji Regional Cancer Research Centre and Hospital and an active member of its Governing Council.
Shri B L Shaw strongly believes that quality education is a game-changer for the underprivileged. He is associated with various non-governmental social organizations (All India Jayaswal Mahasabha, Jayaswal Shikshan Samiti) and various other organizations providing technical education at reasonable costs to the community.

Shri Ramesh Jayaswal, the youngest son of Shri B. L. Shaw, was raised in a respectable and business-focused Kolkata family. From an early age, he was groomed for a businessman's life, both at home and at the different factories. He joined the Group at 18 years of age after completing his Graduation in Commerce from Nagpur University. His keen interest and capability in Finance have been hugely beneficial to the Group.
The NECO Group has diversified significantly in the last decade. It has taken up captive mining of Iron Ore and Coal and has set-up an Integrated Steel Plant at Sitara in Raipur, in the state of Chhattisgarh, producing Pig Iron, Alloy Steel Bars and Rods at about 1 Million Tonne/annum. Ramesh Jayaswal had been ably heading this Steel Plant Division as the Joint Managing Director of JNIL from its inception. The growth of the Group in recent times is attributed to his continuous efforts in flawless project planning and execution. His experience and drive for knowledge ensure his team is conversant with modern technology in Steel Making as they continuously focus on increasing production capacity.
Ramesh Jayaswal is actively associated with many social organizations of Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh and fond of sports.
