Alex has 25+ years entrepreneurial experience in the IT and services industry. In 1996, Alex co-founded Net at Work offering a service-oriented approach to IT and network support. Net at Work has since grown into one of North America's largest consultants and implementers of ERP business management software and IT Services to the mid-market.
Additionally, Alex has co-founded several start-ups including: Docutrend Imaging Solutions, a managed provider of office equipment and print management services, Cloud at Work, a hosting services provider, Pixafy, an eCommerce agency with a focus on integration to ERP, and Swype Payments, a payment processing provider which was acquired by FortisPay in 2021.
In 2021, Alex was named to the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting by Accounting Today Magazine.
Alex holds a BS in Management and International Marketing and was an Alumni Scholar at the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Chris has over 15 years of experience working with enterprise-level clients, helping them to unleash the transformative power of their technology. The son of a family owning multiple distribution companies, he spent many years working in positions that allowed him to see how ERP software is really used.
Before joining Net at Work, Chris owned and lead his own IT consulting company, turning it into one of the leading providers of Acumatica software and consulting services.
Prior to that, Chris held leadership roles in both the Sales and Technical/Development Services departments. He believes his greatest strength is his ability to blend his technical knowledge, with his business experience to help customers achieve the highest utilization of their technology.
Chris is a member of both the Acumatica Business Advisory Group and a Board member of the Acumatica Partner Networking Forum. He personally, as well as several members of his team are also Acumatica MVPs.
Chris currently lives in Buffalo NY where he enjoys, activities on the beach/lake in the summer, and ice skating and skiing in the winter.

He has served in CTO and CIO roles at successful startups, led corporate IT organizations for Citibank, Deutsche Bank, and Time Warner and provided enterprise level strategic consulting at Acumen Solutions and EDS.
Doug is a 30+ year veteran of the tech industry. Starting his career in sales he has had roles in corporate strategy, marketing, partner and channel management, and product management. Most recently, he was Chief Marketing Officer for QuEST Global Services, a global engineering services company. Prior to QuEST, he was CMO and Sr. VP of Corporate Strategy for Ness Digital Engineering. He holds a BS in Economics from Cornell University with a concentration in Business Management and Marketing.

Gayle joined Net at Work in 2011 with over 18 years of professional experience in consulting services, software development and operations management. Gayle's detail-oriented and professional approach helps guide and mentor the members of the Professional Services Group to perform all tasks with thoroughness and efficiency. Gayle is a problem solver who is focused on delivering the absolute best to her peers, direct reports, and most importantly, her customers. She will not hesitate to roll up her sleeves and help out with technical tasks when it makes sense or debate business issues with a high degree of financial acumen.
Prior to joining Net at work, Gayle ran her own consulting firm that catered to enterprise level customers in the financial and health care industries and focused on enterprise-wide rollouts and migrations of mission critical applications. Previously, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Binary Tree, a software and services company focused on email and application migration. Her responsibilities included managing the consulting services, customer support, infrastructure and human resources teams. Gayle's prior experience also includes serving as Director of Consulting at Relavis Corporation, a CRM Software firm and managing strategic projects as part of the Arthur Andersen's Business Consulting practice. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an MCITP in SharePoint.
As Director of Marketing, Marc works closely with executive management and practice area directors to strategically guide and oversee all marketing strategies and programs including lead generation, nurture programs, client communications, corporate branding and social media.

Harold G. Ford III, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the Practice Director for the Employer Solutions Practice at Net at Work. For over twenty-five years, Harold has helped HR and Payroll teams unleash the power of their business harnessing today's technology. He has aided thousands of companies throughout North America improve workflow processes, achieve business objectives, and align HR to business strategy by utilizing his thought leadership, trusted advisement, and HR/Payroll body of knowledge.
As the Practice Director, Harold oversees the operations of the entire practice. His duties include setting practice vision, building strategies for customer, partner, and Net at Work success, and identifying new opportunities to add value to Net at Work's clientele.
Harold is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where he has earned both Senior Professional certifications (SPHR and SHRM-SCP). He is the past-President of the Lancaster SHRM, where he serves on the Board of Directors and is an active participant of the Communication and Membership Committee.
Harold resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania with his wife and two sons, where he was born and raised.

Igal Rabinovich joined us in 2017 to lead Net at Work's Partner Alliance Program as the Director of Partner Success. Rabinovich works with our Alliance Partners in developing business strategies that leverage Net at Work's full complement of technology solutions, including resources from its sister companies, Docutrend, Pixafy and Cloud at Work.
Rabinovich first joined Net at Work in 2007, where he spent five years in the services group, before going on to become Director of Sales. Previously, Rabinovich founded ITG, a Sage-based IT practice that was one of the first Sage 500 developers in the New York Tri-State Area. Before his return to Net at Work, he was VP of Business Development for Webinfinity, where his team successfully developed and brought to market a SaaS Partner Experience Platform that is today being used by world class technology publishers, such as NetApp, CA Technology, Intuit, VeriSign and many other significant channel delivery focused technology companies.

Kelly Hummel joined Net at Work in 2015. Kelly's vision includes a strong desire to become more than just a software reseller, but a trusted business advisor. Her team's focus is to provide technology solutions for organization's accounting and integrated business solution needs.
Prior to joining Net at Work, Kelly was the principle and Chief Executive Officer of AXIS Integrated Solutions for 15 years. Before starting her career in technology, she worked as an auditor for the Department of Defense in the Defense Contract Audit Agency and Kenmare Capital, a NY venture capital firm, before becoming a partner of Small Business Associates, Inc.
Kelly has been an active member of Information Technology Alliance since 2003 and has served as Vice-Chair for the Information Technology Alliances in 2014-15 and serve on the board of directors since 2011. Additionally participated in the membership committee, on-site committees, and served as the CR Track Chairman. Currently Kelly serves on the technology committee and in firm recruitment for the alliance. Additionally, Kelly serves as an advisor or committees for a number of local businesses and charitable organizations.
