Cameron represents the third generation of Newnham family involvement with Newearth Constructions. He re-joined the company in 1998 after gaining extensive experience with larger national companies. He takes a key role in continuing the commitment and expertise that is a major source of pride for the company. Cameron oversees the construction of all projects, co-ordinating the works and liaising with authorities, clients and consultants. Cameron prides himself on completing works promptly while meeting all the required standards. He takes a keen interest in all aspects of the business.

Doug Newnham - Chairman, Managing Director

Doug has been with the company throughout his working life and is fully experienced in all aspects of civil engineering construction throughout Central Victoria. His work and experience is highly regarded by government, semi-government and private clients, and by their consulting engineers and his advice continues to be sought on site conditions and construction methods at project design stage. While Doug has retired from daily management of the business, he still retains a deep involvement as Managing Director.
Doug is active in civic life throughout the region, having been a local government Councillor, Shire President and a Regional Chairman and life member of Lions International.

Mick McCarthy moved into the role of General Manager in April 2018 having spent more than 18 years in civil construction and project management roles with VicRoads. He has held senior leadership roles on some of Victoria's largest road projects and has extensive experience in leading teams and managing the successful delivery of projects. As General Manager, Mick holds responsibility for the day to day running of the business. Mick is the key point of contact for all commercial and contractual matters and is heavily involved in the project delivery part of the business with a strong focus on safety and delivering great outcomes for clients. Mick holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Business Administration.
